The location was good, the facilities were new and clean.
The amenities were good, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The lighting was indirect and comfortable.

It was a clean room, and checkout was easy, just put the key in the mailbox, and the appearance was very nice.

It was far from the station, but other than that it was great!
I arrived in Kyoto in the morning, so I went to the hotel to deliver my luggage, but unfortunately there was no one at the reception and I couldn't leave it. The staff was very nice and polite! thank you very much.

Beautiful Japanese style hotel room .Very clean all amenities apart from water.Reception helpful kept our cases for us on the last day and called a taxi for us.6 min walk to metro station.Convenience stores nearby too.A little coffee place very close if you need breakfast.

It’s a wonderful place, well situated, quiet and very nice furnished with great Urushi lacquer work - tables, cups etc. Good Design and enough space! The director Mr. Shima is well informed and helpfull with all belongings. We recommend this Hotel.

A beautiful place in a quiet residential area yet only a few blocks from the subway hub. Kyoto has only two subway lines and they cross 3 blocks from the hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean. The mattress and sheets perfect. It was so wonderful we are returning next week. 10/10

Very warm welcome upon check in. We reserved the suite (203) for 4 nights. Very spacious, two comfortable beds, Japanese sitting area, big bath room with loads of amenities. Most important, clean and quiet. Room only, no meals/food at the hotel. The hotel is located in a residential area but the subway is a 5 minute walk away with access to all sights in Kyoto. Restaurants and supermarkets all nearby. Great little breakfast place Imaya just 2 min from the hotel with the best coffee! This was a great experience. Very private and convenient so can only recommend this hotel when you are in wonderful Kyoto!
