Very bad experience!!!! I booked 2rooms via trip.com and got smoking floor while it wasn’t even show this option to choose when i booked. My friend is pregnant and can’t stay, she try to ask for any help from reception or upgrade the room while she was willing to pay by herself from but they only say “no” to everything!!! and not try to help, just say can do nothing!! We have to book a new hotel and couldn’t get refund!!! Very bad experience with this APA hotel. What if the staff try to help we will understand the situation if all rooms are reserved but the staffs are not even try!!!!!!

The overall feel is luxurious.
Even when you turn off the TV commercials they keep coming back on shortly after, it's so businesslike it's amusing.
There is a restaurant on the first floor, and the place is somehow lively.
The receptionist was efficient and efficient, which was much appreciated.
