Great view as the other reviewers say! The room was very clean and a good size for 2 people. the amenities are good enough to accommodate the needs of ourselves. The front staff was friendly and got a nearby onsen voucher as well!
Overall it was a great experience at the hotel and I’d like to stay there again for the next Arashiyama trip!

This is my second time. When I came last week, I stayed at Ivan because the view from the window was nice and it was the best place to stay alone and quiet. The staff is always warm and friendly, so it is a hotel with a good impression. I want to use it again next time.

The water in the shower is very strong
We are in a hotel in the scenic area. It is very quiet at night by the bridge. There are only hot springs nearby that are open until 10 o'clock.
