房間除了傻大傻大的，其它真配不上“豪華”。入住的時候，前台是個日語、英語都不太利索的東南亞姑娘，明明是訂的三晚三大一小，居然説小的不能入住，搞了半天才説可以了，又説小的不含早，不能吃早餐。態度差不説，溝通能力負值。日本實在是缺人，這樣的前台也敢用，無語。房間的設計很多莫名其妙的槽點，比如床框跟地板同色，但比床墊大出一大圈，非常容易撞到。整體感覺不到設計的誠意，也沒有什麼美感，照片頗照騙，不會再來

地點比較偏僻晚上駕車比較難找
由於沒有電梯，大堂嘅哥哥會幫忙把行李送上樓（辛苦晒）

酒店十分新淨，房間空間很大，但離市中心有一點距離，沒有升降機設備，需要拿行李箱上落，附近有停車場，自駕方便。

駐車場は事前にお伝えすれば、徒歩少しのところの月極駐車場に案内してくださるようです。受付の方も対応がすごく良く、丁寧にお話くださり嬉しかったです。もともとはマンションのせいか、階段や廊下は古いものの中はリフォームされていてとても綺麗でおしゃれでした。ペットボトルのお水やコーヒーなど、飲み放題で助かりました。唯一、あっと思ったのは脱衣所の換気フィルターの埃の溜まり具合。とても汚かったです。ここまで掃除はされていないのでしょう。他の部分はとっても綺麗でした！快適に過ごせました。
嵐山まで自転車を借りましたが2時間以内は無料とのことですごく助かりました！あとは予約の、際にチャットで駐車場について問い合わせたのですがずっと未読で、結局自分から電話を、かけました。チャットの意味は、、？と思います。使いこなされていないのかなあと思いつつ、安く予約もできましたし、快適に過ごせて本当によかったです。

彼女との2周年記念に利用しました。和風の旅館以外でこんなに広い宿に泊まったのは初めてで、お部屋も綺麗だった事もあり、自分の人生でトップクラスの宿でした。スタッフさんの対応も気さくで、素敵な屋上で夜景を観れるという事もあり、彼女も自分もとてもいい思い出になりました。また嵐山に行く際はぜひ利用させていただきたいです。
