It is equipped with natural hot springs, sauna, free laundry service, etc.. I usually come to stay here when I feel like to relax my soul and body. Always satisfied with all the facilities here, moreover it is so close to the kyoto station, so it is convenient to go anywhere for outside activities. I will be back.

The room was very spacious where I can easily open the luggage fully. Location is excellent, only 5 mins walk from the Kyoto Station. The best part was after a long day of travel, you can enjoy the Onsen at the hotel itself.

my second time booking this hotel, it is near to the kyoto station, the room is nice.
The chinese tourists cannot follow the rules in onsen, what a shame!

It is a hotel with a very good location and very good service from the receptionist. The condition of the hotel is excellent, no complaints. The room is large, the bathroom is clean, the toilet is separated from the shower, there is a small part of the room where the maid works to clean every day. There is an onsen, a fitness room and a restaurant. I recommend it. If you come to stay in Kyoto, you must come to this hotel only. It is really good.

There is no blocking the light through the bathroom into the bedroom. The attached photos were taken at approximately 6am, which is not when we wanted to wake up on our holiday.
Otherwise, hotel is good and great public spa on the 10th Floor. Free laundry room too! Just purchase your washing powder from the front reception.
Location was amazing and convenient to both Kyoto Station and buses.

Good location. 5 miss walk to JR Kyoto station.
Room a bit compact but cosy. Good lighting.
Wifi seems unstable.
