This hotel was in a really great location, right beside the main Kyoto train station. The room was very spacious and had a nice view of the Kyoto station so you could see the shinkansen trains come in. The only drawback is that at night you could hear the vehicles outside. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Tokyo Stay Kyoto Sanjo Karasuma during my visit to Kyoto, and I must say it was a delightful experience. Despite being compact, it offered ample space for a solo traveler like myself. The bed was comfortable, and the room amenities were modern and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable.

Clean and comfortable room with daily house keeping, comes with all the toiletries I needed. Conveniently located at 3 minutes walk from the closest subway exit and also close to bus stations for routes to popular sightseeing spots. Self-service check-out machine was easy to use and the process took only half a minute. Suggest to add a clothesline and a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom, and the room would be perfect.
