部屋は、最高でした。展望風呂に、ゆったりと入れるし、くつろげる部屋でした。
料理もオシャレでしたよ。肉料理が、少し味が強い感じ…夏だったからかな。
料理や片付けなど、急かされている感もありましたが、優しく対応してくれていました。

在日本已經有入住很多溫泉旅館的經驗，這次是我其中一次最最最滿意的體驗！酒店很大很乾淨，無論是停車場、庭園、大堂、公共區域、房間，都非常寬敞，給我們一種非常舒適令人放鬆的感覺。我們訂的是一泊二食的和式房間，房內備有衛生間、沐浴室和獨立溫泉，基本上足不出房即可以享受美食和隨時隨地都能泡溫泉。由於我們入住的時候是十二月份，恰巧時令食材就是松葉蟹，整個蟹宴晚餐和早餐都非常豐富美味，兩餐都是吃到很飽很滿足。旅館職員的細心服務和耐心講解也必須表揚一番。總而言之，這個旅館值得我們強烈推薦，如果我們再來這個地方的話，也肯定會再選擇這個旅館的。

海花亭に宿泊したのは今回で2回です。 とってもお世話になってる友人を招待したくて利用しました。 ロビーとお庭はとっても良かったです。 お料理38000円のカニのコースを予約させて頂いたのですが…普通以下でショックでした。もっとランクを上げないと美味しいカニは食べれないのでしょうか？評価が良いので大切な友人を招待したのですがちょっとショックです。 口コミと私達の思いがあまりにも違うのでショックです。

旅行支援の手続きに不備があったのですが、旅行サイトに問い合わせ して下さり、支援を受ける事が出来ました。 部屋食と係の方も親切で、2年前にも同じ蟹の時期に利用しリピートでしたが 来年も利用したいと思いました。スタッフの対応が大事だと感じました。

宿泊した部屋のインターホンが、夜中１時間おきにピーピーとなって眠れない。夜中だし今からフロントへ内線したところで、部屋でごぞごぞされても結局眠れないので朝まで我慢し、フロントへ報告。「原因調べます。すみません」とだけ告げられ、チェツクアウトの時間までなんの連絡もなし。チェックアウト時にもなにも言ってこないので、「夜中のピーピーという音は何だったんですか」と聞くと「インターホンの電池が切れてますという合図でした。ピーピー鳴ってる時内線くれましたか？」とのこと。眠れないし、宿の対応もサイアクだし二度と行かない。料理もお風呂の思い出も台無し。
