As it is a 5 star hotel, the staff were very friendly.
The restaurant & bar has a nice rooftop view.

This used to be my favorite restaurant & hotel in Uganda. I knew all the staff by name & visited whenever I was in town. The quality of food has dramatically decreased. Seriously terrible & tasted as if it were a few days old. I once recommended this hotel to everyone but I can't anymore. Both the food and service have gone downhill. My recommendation to the owner would be to pay whatever it takes to get the amazing chef & manager (David & Shameem) back before you turn this beautiful resort into a solid 1 star nightmare. Seriously, my last three visits to the restaurant & hotel room have been getting consistently worse.

Very nice place with good lake view, calm outdoor ambiance but the restaurant dinning area seems to be changed into a football cinema for staffs.....my business partner wasn't also ok with the noise that we recieved from the hallway to the restaurant from the very staffs. food was average we waited for hours for just ceasar salad me and my partner. our wonder was why should staffs watch football in the dinning where clients are seated. 2 bar men shouting all over while watching football. anyway f&b needs more professional polishing of staffs. some staffs don't have customer care at all no one checked on us but we observed the person that took our orders was just watching football instead of following up with our food. waitresses are very slow, i hated one looking at us from a distance and not even finding out if we are fine . please management /directors this should be put on a critical observation.

Great experience at the hotel. I enjoyed the environment, the meals and the customer care. I really loved the deluxe room. I wish my friends and family members come to this heavenly place for great enjoyment and a memorable moment. Non forgettable

I would totally recommend this venue. The service was excellent. The staff are extremely helpful. I particularly loved working with Timothy and Martin who provided quick and efficient service. The food was good. I just recommend more play facilities for children who can't swim. Well done to the team.

Dropped in to check out this place. Lovely blue exterior in an unusual circular shape, tucked away on the Munyonyo Kajansi bypass. This is a lovely hotel with wide open scenic views from the rooms and public areas. It has nice large terraces with views of Lake Victoria (Nalubaale). The rooms are well done and spacious. Look out for the tug curtains! And don’t miss the classic bath tub. It was just a drop in. I will be back to taste the food.
