Geno Guest House

It says it's an airport shuttle, but when I inquired in advance, I was told that they only pick up people who arrive by plane at the airport, so I took a taxi. It was raining heavily and we had to climb a steep hill, so it was a bit difficult to drive by car. I had sent a message in advance to let them know how many minutes it would take to arrive, but there was no reply. I searched for the accommodation in the rain, and finally found it after asking a neighbor, who called me. They helped me with my suitcase, but there was no explanation at check-in. I was just put in this room and my body was cold, so when I tried to turn on the heater, there was no remote control and it was turned off. The facilities were not very good, and the water leaked from the toilet faucet periodically. There were black lint on the bed sheets and the bed was different from the photo. I had a lot of questions to ask the host, so I had to go outside in the rain and go up the stairs again. I managed to communicate with them by cell phone, but they told me that the cafe was closed and water could only be bought on the highway. They told me about Wi-Fi. I knew in advance that there would be no groceries, but taxis couldn't come up on rainy days, so it was just inconvenient. I was given the remote control for the air conditioner and told to always turn it off when I went out, but I had to bring a chair and climb up to turn it on myself. The room never got warm, and my body was getting colder and colder, and I was on the verge of getting a fever. The toilet was making terrible noises and leaking water down to the floor. It was my first time in a country where I didn't speak the language, so I felt unsafe and told them I was changing accommodations. The taxi couldn't get up, so I walked in the rain with my suitcase for about 10 minutes, and then I got completely cold while looking for a new accommodation, so I was in bed for about two days from the next day and searched for a hospital. It might have been different if they had been more kind on a sunny day, but I spent about three days feeling anxious. I could have read other reviews, and I'm sure the owner is a nice person, but it was a painful experience for me. Even though I only stayed for about 15 minutes, they didn't offer to reduce my reservation by three days, so I paid and caught a cold. I was able to experience other beautiful accommodations for the same price afterwards and didn't hate the place. It's a bad memory, so I hesitated about writing a review, but I decided to be honest after all. I only stayed for 15 minutes, but I agreed to pay for that day, but I had to pay for the remaining two days even though the facilities were broken, so it was a bad impression. There is also a video of the water pipes that periodically start to run water making a loud noise.
