Lavande Hotel (Kuitun Central Park)

This is the worst LeFeng I've ever stayed in. I'm really convinced. Other LeFengs all smell good, but this LeFeng stinks. There's hair on the bed, but I put up with it. They said I wanted a quiet room, but they gave me a room with people singing and making noise in the square outside. It was already past 11pm, and the Kuitun transit had been open for a whole day🚗 I put up with it, but the key is there are bugs❗️big moths❗️I can't put up with it anymore, so I changed rooms, and there were still big moths❗️I've stayed in so many hotels❗️I haven't been in any room with these, I was really scared❗️but I was too tired and too lazy to bother. My family killed one and I thought it was over, but when I turned off the lights at night and looked at my phone, there was still one❗️. It almost flew onto my face❗️It was really scary, very bad, very bad experience❗️

Super good service, I would like to specially comment to thank a lady on the 4th floor. After checking in, I found that there was no rubber band for hair tying, so I saw a lady at the door and asked casually. She said the hotel didn't have it and asked if I could help buy it for me. I was in a hurry to go out, so I said no. As a result, when I went out to the lobby, I happened to meet the older sister walking in. It turned out that she went out to buy two headbands for us! Gave it to us directly, no charge! So touching 🥲 Facilities: Nalati is mainly homestays, and this hotel is unexpectedly clean and tidy, a safe choice! At check-out, we also gave you sheep oil as a small gift.

A very good hotel. Clean and hygienic. The service is warm and impressive. Especially the security lady and Xiaoyun at the front desk were very polite and thoughtful.

The room facilities are neat and clean, and the mattress is soft and hard! Air conditioning and hot water are also very powerful. Xiao Zhang at the front desk and Sister An provide attentive service.
