The bathroom light gives you ghost flashes in the middle of the night; the most outrageous thing is that I finally bought a dryer and dryer for after skiing, and after skiing I thought I could put my clothes in it to wash and dry them before continuing to use them; but after waiting for 4-5 hours, they were still wet; the most outrageous thing is that the washing machine is full of hair; don’t you clean and maintain your washing machines regularly? The daily water supply is limited to only two bottles; I finally got you to bring me some water; the most bizarre thing is that your service staff opened the door without me opening it and prepared to let the water in; have you considered the feelings and privacy of the guests in the room? After reporting various problems to the front desk, there was no response; no one informed us of the progress of the repairs; it took two days after we reminded them again and again to tell them that the washing machine could be used; and we reported various feedback in the hope of getting feedback from their manager; and then nothing happened; several ********* at the front desk spoke Mandarin and completely ignored the guests' requests; a hotel with no management from top to bottom; we stayed for 6 days and problems occurred on the first day; no one apologized until we left, and no management intervened or dealt with the matter; the arrogance and rudeness of Chinese people really makes people feel so angry; I hope everyone will be cautious in choosing Chinese people; otherwise, you will spend a lot of money and still be treated poorly; the only thing about the hotel is the sleep, and the breakfast, which was changed after a lot of complaints, is okay; the other aspects of the hotel have no other advantages, and the bad reviews are rubbish! ! !

We booked the most basic double room, which is designed to be very warm and comfortable. Although it is not big, it is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooker, range hood, and even pots and pans, which is very convenient. The hotel was newly opened in December, so I was worried about the smell, but the hotel thoughtfully prepared an air purifier, and there was basically no smell. The room has a small balcony, directly facing the ski lift, and you can even see Mount Yotei on a clear day. There is also a public hot spring bath on the L floor of the hotel. It is very comfortable to take a dip after skiing during the day. The toiletries are also Aesop and Dyson hair dryers. There is also a paid private hot spring facing Mt. Yotei. The weather was not good for a few days, so I didn’t experience it. I saw the photos online and they are very impressive. Breakfast: Semi-buffet style, choose a main dish + buffet. There are not many dishes and they are not updated every day. It is slightly inferior. In terms of service, the hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off services from nearby stations for check-in and check-out. You need to send an email to the hotel in advance to make a reservation. Free pick-up and drop-off is also provided within the town of Hirafu during your stay. Basically, it is Alpha pick-up, which is a plus. ski: It is right next to the ski resort, and it is very convenient to slide in and out.
