The helpfulness of the team at reception and room service is amazing. Anything from helping us plan where to go, to fulfilling any requests within minutes. Location is a walking distance from pretty much anything you want to see or any good place to eat. The best hotel in Kutaisi for sure!

The hotel is not in the main city, the location is a bit off. Next to the hotel is the viaduct, very noisy at night, the noise on the road is very loud. The room area is very small, and the place to put luggage is difficult to find. The introduction on the Ctrip page is 18㎡, in fact, it is 10m. The data provided on Ctrip is often inaccurate, and the photos are not real enough. The room was very clean. The hotel's breakfast is on the top floor, and it is still very good. The restaurant can see some city scenery.

I made a reservation at this hotel on Booking for almost 3 weeks in May-June 2022, I received a confirmation with the reservation number. A few hours later, a message came from the hotel administration that they were canceling the reservation due to the fact that I was from Russia. Extremely strange behavior for the owner or administration. My review will probably be more of an advertisement for people of other nationalities or races, but this hotel knows firsthand about the policy of Russophobia. for example Message from Hotel Casa calda: Ruskim ia ne prinimaiu. The whole complex is well made. The hotel is very beautiful with a pool, jacuzzi and saunas linked to it. The rooms are nicely furnished and have everything you could need. The restaurant on the first floor was very nice (There are other restaurant spaces as well). There was also a rooftop terrace, both open and closed with a bar and air conditioning. The pool was clean and the jacuzzis were warm. There is a bar at the pool and you can order simple food like pizza, kachapuri, lobani, fries and mexican potatoes. The drink selection was also very broad. Excellect stay, will come back.
