Overall awesome experience...starting with great location (city center), caring and helpful staff (Maria, Igor, Neliko to name few of them), flexibility from Hotel Team in arranging everything we wanted.

I made a reservation at this hotel on Booking for almost 3 weeks in May-June 2022, I received a confirmation with the reservation number. A few hours later, a message came from the hotel administration that they were canceling the reservation due to the fact that I was from Russia. Extremely strange behavior for the owner or administration. My review will probably be more of an advertisement for people of other nationalities or races, but this hotel knows firsthand about the policy of Russophobia. for example Message from Hotel Casa calda: Ruskim ia ne prinimaiu. I arrived at 22.00 I flew to 4.00 . In fact, nothing tried . But also the neighbors didn't give a sleep . In general the normal place

Very descent hotel with stylish and rather spacious rooms, friendly staff, extremely well located, rich breakfast with local food and wine bar. We had stayed here before and will stay again. Rooms without balcony are also very nice but if you want a balcony, you should ask for it when you do the booking.

I don't know what the other guy's problem is. I liked absolutely everything in this hotel. The pool area is top-notch. The bartenders are really fun guys to talk to. Honestly I didn't communicate much with the rest of the staff, but they all seemed really nice and helpful. Particularly, the receptionist came flying outside to give me a hand carry the luggage. His intention. The rooms are organized well and I don't think anything else was really neccessary. The food was nice. The lobby restaurant is unbelieveably well-furnished. I don't know what else to say. Overall - a big NICE from me.

The helpfulness of the team at reception and room service is amazing. Anything from helping us plan where to go, to fulfilling any requests within minutes. Location is a walking distance from pretty much anything you want to see or any good place to eat. The best hotel in Kutaisi for sure!

This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money
