A well-maintained, cosy, no-frills lodging in a sleepy town where the manager/owner Tatja makes u feel welcome. She runs the show, in an impeccable manner, taking care of all fine details, apparently single-handedly round the clock. We really enjoyed our short stay in Kutaisi. Thank u.

The hotel staff is so nice and helpful! They were always willing to give us tips and recommendations. The hotel is very central, within walking distance to all of the sights. Room is nice and clean, the air conditioning is a bit noisy sometimes but very strong, and the plumbing stinks a little, but it didn’t impact our stay negatively, just a heads up if you’re sensitive to these things. The breakfast has a very nice selection of tasty food and drinks.

So this hotel has everything you need - it is located 5 mins from the centre, has all the amenities you want in a hotel, fantastic breakfast, hotel terrace, toiletries, is comfortable and clean...but the best part about it, is the manager - Tatia. She made us feel at home, was extremely helpful, sorted out every issue and answered every question no matter how big (helping us book tours) or small (needed a nail cutter). She makes every guest feel seen and heard and truly gave us a feeling of home. even when we left the hotel, she walked us to the car, made sure the driver knew where to go and asked us to call her if we needed any help during the rest of our stay in the country.

It was a wonderful experience! The staff was amazing, friendly and extremely helpful !! Definitely the Best place to stay in Kutaisi! The room was nice, clean, and had air conditioning (which is perfect considering how hot it can be in the summer).

i fell in love with this hotel. i am a frequent traveller almost 50 countries. this was my second trip to georgia. first time in kutaisi. excellent hospitality the MANAGE THE OWENER THIS LADY MAKE FEEL LIKE home. again going this november to kutaisi and this hotel. HOLIDAY FACTORY BOOK THIS FOR US.

Beautiful hotel me and my wife really enjoyed 2 nights stay , Manager Tatia was very helpful, very friendly with every one good thing she can speak English, we had trouble outside with bad people with car rental Tatia help us to slove thank you
