I made a reservation at this hotel on Booking for almost 3 weeks in May-June 2022, I received a confirmation with the reservation number. A few hours later, a message came from the hotel administration that they were canceling the reservation due to the fact that I was from Russia. Extremely strange behavior for the owner or administration. The hotel is not in the main city, the location is a bit off. Next to the hotel is the viaduct, very noisy at night, the noise on the road is very loud. The room area is very small, and the place to put luggage is difficult to find. The introduction on the Ctrip page is 18㎡, in fact, it is 10m. The data provided on Ctrip is often inaccurate, and the photos are not real enough. The room was very clean. The hotel's breakfast is on the top floor, and it is still very good. Best location! walking distance from Bagrati Cathedral and Colchis Fountain. Cheap price for a night including a good breakfast. Staffs are helpful. Room is good, with tea, coffee water, some toiletries. Bring your own slippers and toiletries better. We got a balcony with a nice view of the river. Down the hotel there is a bakery, a little grocery. Definitely I recommend staying in this hotel!

Very descent hotel with stylish and rather spacious rooms, friendly staff, extremely well located, rich breakfast with local food and wine bar. We had stayed here before and will stay again. Rooms without balcony are also very nice but if you want a balcony, you should ask for it when you do the booking.
