I have had a few times of accommodation, the first thing you feel when you enter the hotel is a warm welcome, the staff friends at the reception have informed you about the interest and the facility, and they have already asked you about it before you asked anything more. They give you not half an hour to get in like other hotels, your room is immediately prepared and you can enjoy the pool Hamam sauna in a clean and pleasant day. I prefered the hotel under the name of Hilton. I was pleased, but improvements are made in the earliest days. I wish they had a night club that they would have had after the work, and they could easily divertise and put the stress of the business.

Receptionist friends at the first entrance to the hotel are guleryuz. Open buffet breakfast is a shame!!!! If you have no cold water, if you put a very little grand name in the dry, not fresh, you should serve your name. I don't think we'll be staying until we're going to be difficult again. We also attended the wedding when we stayed at the hotel's ballroom and we saw the staff mixing the tables after the guests left the table and continuously looking for something. Not ethical, unemployed staff (except reception )

Otel merkeze tren garına yürüme mesafesinde, ben iki yıl öncede bu otelde kalmıştım kalite hala aynı, sadece misafirler sabah erken saatlerde koridorda çok bağırarak konuşmasa gürültü yapmasada uyuyabilse diğer insanlar, bundan sonra gideceklere empati yapması için yazdım 😊

The hotel's architecture is perfect with a single word. It is also a very nice feeling to be included in the purpose and service they serve. The hotel is landing with a staircase on a part of the common area in the most affecting and most enjoying part of the hotel, and the disabled people are thought to have set a seat on their own, and they can go out on the automatic system. 🤍 And it was also very nice to see them doing it with feelings without any publicity purpose, putting it into the spot on any social platform. How nice it was to say that good people are still. Love 🌸

Brand new hotel so everything is very clean, modern, and has a brand new feel. The room was very spacious and had lots of space for storage. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the windows let in A LOT of noise in so there is a lot of noise pollution. You can basically hear all of the noises from the street below so make sure to bring some ear plugs. The advantage is that the hotel is centrally located and a very short walk from lots of great shops, cafes, restaurants, and large shopping malls.

Tasigo is a beautiful hotel with unique design. They have a beautiful spa one of the best i have ever seen. Their food is excellent, their staff are kind and professional most of them they know english. Before visiting this hotel i have mixed reviews, some were saying that they do not know english which is not, they are not fluent but they understand ، other reviews mentioning that there is no tooth brush and you need to pay. What i discovered that the owner of this hotel is an ethical person he does not want to harm the environment, no plastic bottles. Even the straw is not plastic. Tooth brush is there wooden with cost price, their prices of massage are very reasonable approximation best in turkey. Eskisahir is a beautiful place tasty food river lovely people prices are cheaper that other places in turkey in addition to cold weather. Their main restaurant for dinner is very slow service but their food is brilliant Breakfast is nice but needs improvement in more variety and changing the food. Almost everyday is the same. Melisa is such lovely helpful and professional in breakfast area. Special thanks to Mr Fateh spa manager he is super helpful and professional i have also noticed that he treats his staff in a very professional and friendly way. He is great person also special thanks to zayneb and Gamze. Gamze was so helpful in booking and changing our appointment with welcoming manner. Also in reception area Mr Anil and Orkan very professional and fast and over helpful. I love this hotel. Am still staying for two nights more. Well done staff and management will love to come back to this beautiful place.

We stayed there on November 19 evening, more exactly, we made reservation of Ets as a suite room we already took 2 suite rooms in the hotel, which extended the accommodation of a famous name that was a day before and we received it. We learned that they couldn't give the room, we didn't stay at the hotel we paid for it, and they said, 'Sorry, we'll pay us your wage with my baggage.' When we discussed, the hotel director Vedat welcomed our victim in the most perfect way and sent a second primary hotel suite to us to be happy. Vedat saved the hotel's prestige in his job and the reason I gave 5 stars is that he didn't sacrifice us.
