We had catering from Mayers Waldhorn for a private celebration. Unfortunately, it was very mediocre and was like canteen food. Everything was a bit tasteless, apart from the sauces. The "natural turkey schnitzel" we ordered was swimming in a medium-brown sauce. The rosemary potatoes were completely overcooked, not visually appealing and barely edible. The dessert was also unloving. It tasted very artificial and was not accepted by the guests. The beef in sauce was OK. I received no response to my friendly feedback. Instead, I received the bill without comment. The arrival and departure and set-up were charged generously. Conclusion: once and never again. Customer friendliness looks different.

(+) Honest hotel in a small town. Everything you need is there. Older standard, very clean. Friendly reception, parking in front of the door, free mineral water, small seating area, enough power sockets, closet space enough for a short stay. Bathroom very small, but everything in there. Absolutely quiet, we slept well. Lovely beer garden. Breakfast very tasty. (-) Not everyone can fit in the shower. Elevator very small.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel war leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Obwohl die Sauberkeit und das Personal positiv waren, gab es erhebliche Mängel, die meinen Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt haben.

- Personal: Freundlich und hilfsbereit.

- Matratzen: Sehr hart und unbequem. Trotz Wechsel am zweiten Tag blieben die Rückenschmerzen, was meinen Seminarbesuch beeinträchtigte.
- Lärmbelästigung: Extrem dünne Wände, durch die jedes Geräusch aus dem Nachbarzimmer deutlich hörbar war, wie Türgeräusche, Gespräche, Husten und mehr. Dies war äußerst störend.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt aufgrund der harten Matratzen und der schlechten Schalldämmung enttäuschend, besonders für einen Geschäftsreisenden.

ein wunderbarer leichter Sommerwein ( Enzinger Sommer 2023) und ein T-Bone Steak, medium-rare .. ein Genuß 🤗😊. Besonders haben wir auch die Ruhe beim Essen genossen, sehr empfehlenswert - wir kommen wieder mal vorbei. Parkplatz ist kein Problem.

Das ist eine feines kleines Hotel. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und es macht Spaß hier zu übernachten. Vor allem weil (O Wunder!) tatsächlich findet man im Bad 2 kleinen Flaschen Body Lotion, die man in 4 Sternen Hotels schon lang nicht mehr findet, und weil die gratis Trinkwasser Flaschen jeden Morgen neue ersetzt werden. Auch die Zimmer werden jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Übernachtung war ruhig, vor allem wenn der Bauer vorn sein Traktor nicht zwanzig Minuten lang leer laufen lässt. Aber, alles gut. Frühstück ist exzellent und für alle ist was da. Kaffe Kanne immer voll. Das Restaurant haben wir leider nicht probiert, (Jammerschade: die Curry Wurst mit Champagner haben wir verpasst), schien aber sehr gut zu sein. Jedenfalls ist der Service für Getränke sofort zu Stelle.

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, aber entsprach von der Einrichtung her nicht mehr so richtig der Zeit. Das Badezimmer war sauber aber klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Kostenloses Mineralwasser steht zur Verfügung. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit teilweise frisch hergestellten Produkten. Gute Qualität im Restaurant. Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, persönliche Atmosphäre. Kaffee am Morgen aus der Kanne, hätten uns einen Kaffeevollautomaten gewünscht. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Gute Verbindungen mit dem ÖPNV in die 5 km entfernt liegenden Städte Reutlingen und Tübingen. Das Hotel bietet seinen Gästen die ALB Card an, mit der noch zusätzlich viele Aktivitäten kostenlos sind.

We werden al om 6.30uur gewekt door de spullen die gebracht en gehaald werden voor t restaurant. Veel herrie van kratten, flessen etc. Verder was t heel goed, ontbijt zeer goed met veel zelf gemaakte producten, heerlijk !! Wel jammer was dat t restaurant gesloten was en wij ergens anders moesten dineren.
