The crappiest hotel I've ever stayed in. A large B&B, but it has the nerve to call itself a resort.
It opened my eyes to the fact that managers were messy, talked nonsense, and did not solve problems but only shirk responsibility.
We checked in at 8 o'clock in the evening and were told that the room was still being cleaned, but they also said that the check-out time was 10:30 in the morning. Regardless of whether this is reasonable or not, what were the staff doing during the intervening nine and a half hours? I checked in at eight o'clock and entered the room at ten o'clock. There was a strong smell of air freshener. I didn't understand it, but I was shocked.
Security is close to zero, and villagers outside the hotel can come and go at will. At 5:30 in the morning, someone tried to break in. The sound of the door lock being pushed and pulled hurriedly woke us up. We were yelled at many times before letting the person who tried to break in leave. So we immediately called the front desk to no avail. Then he yelled at the window for security personnel, to no avail. I contacted the platform and asked platform personnel to help contact the hotel, but the platform personnel said they could not be reached. I called the front desk again at 6 a.m. to no avail. So we stayed in the room from 5:30 to 8:30, not daring to sleep or go out. We didn't go out until it was completely light.
The meal is a pile of rubbish, no judgment.
Then at noon, the hotel management came, very aggressive, and without listening to what we said, they directly told us that the security here was tight, so I told you this morning. The front desk told me that there are only two security personnel in total, and one of them is the gatekeeper. She said there were six of them patrolling several different areas. I said I didn’t see anyone along the way, so please take me to where they are. She said the security personnel might have gone to have lunch, go to the toilet, or buy something in a store. It was normal not to see them. The management said it was a dog scratching the door. I said my nails scratched your wooden door and there were obvious marks. If the dog scratched it, why was there no mark at all? And will the dog behave like sliding the door lock to break in? She said it was ok because their dogs are smart and may or may not have imprints. I said I wanted to see the surveillance video, and she said the one we had was broken. But actually we don’t even have cameras there.
How disgusting.
