One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in in Zanzibar the beach by this hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Everything was clean well taken care of the staff is lovely and very helpful. Everything about this place was a yes I will definitely be coming here again. Really enjoyed my stay at this location And would definitely recommend the food the drinks the room the location the beach everything is just gorgeous! A huge special thank you to mister Magdy for his wonderful hospitality and for making us feel like we were at home

Beautiful, peaceful breakaway. We received excellent service from everyone at the resort, the accommodation was beautiful with breathtaking views. They were very accommodating even their general manager was eager to assist. We felt like part of the family.

Hotel Mandarin in Zanzibar offers a truly tranquil escape. The peaceful atmosphere allows for complete relaxation, perfect for those seeking quiet. The beach is clean and spacious, ideal for leisurely swims and relaxation. While the tides are present, they remain manageable and don't recede too far,like in other parts on island. The hotel's staff is exceptionally attentive and friendly, with Suleiman and his friend "Babu" providing excellent service and engaging conversations. The restaurant staff are also notably polite and efficient. Each day, the dining experience provides no more, but tasty meals. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The overall ambiance is cool and refreshing. The hotel's quiet setting makes it a perfect retreat, especially for people who love peace and quiet.

A true paradise on earth! We spent a dream week in this magnificent hotel, literally right on the waterfront. The location is exceptional, with breathtaking views from our spacious, air-conditioned, and perfectly equipped room. The staff is incredibly kind, always attentive, as is the manager, who is present and attentive. We feel pampered from start to finish. The pool is very pleasant, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. And what about the food? A true delight! (A word from a French woman who loves good food!) Every moment spent here was a joy. We recommend it wholeheartedly—this place is a little slice of paradise we'll never forget.

Super accueil (même à 4h du matin) Personnel bienveillant et toujours à l écoute. Le Directeur, présent aux moments des repas fait le tour de toutes les tables . Buffet varié, produits frais. Ils ont accepté de nous garder durant notre chambre safari à Selous. Je recommande vivement, encore épouse si vous aimez les chats .

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel ! L'accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée, avec un personnel d'une gentillesse rare et toujours aux petits soins. L'établissement est impeccablement propre et idéalement situé face à la mer, offrant chaque soir de sublimes couchers de soleil directement depuis l'hôtel. La cuisine est un vrai régal, variée et savoureuse. Mention spéciale pour la qualité du service : tout le monde est attentionné, souriant, et veille à ce que chaque instant soit parfait. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour ce magnifique séjour, et un merci tout particulier au directeur, très sympathique et attentionné, qui accueille ses clients avec beaucoup de gentillesse Hakuna matata!

Séjour dans un endroit paradisiaque où nous y sommes encore ma fille et moi, dans un hôtel calme loins des grands complexes bruyants et stressants, à l’hôtel Mandarin c’est la détente assurée, un dépaysement total ce que nous recherchions, dans un cadre idyllique, un jardin très bien entretenu, une piscine face à la mer, un personnel au petit soin et toujours souriant, le cuisinier et son équipe concoctent des plats délicieux et quel bonheur d’y trouver des fruits exotiques comme les fruits de la passion nos préférés à ma fille et moi, papaye, ananas etc.. Les chambres sont bien pensées, elles disposent de climatiseur, de moustiquaires sur un lit baldaquin, une salle de bain très bien équipée et grande, l’équipe d’animation n’est pas envahissante et fait preuve de professionnalisme, la masseuse Marie est au top elle fait des massages incroyables, à notre arrivée nous avons été reçues avec un cocktail, avec des personnes très sympathiques et le meilleur pour la fin cet hôtel est tenu par un Directeur investi, bienveillant, adorable, sympathique, généreux, il est proche des clients et veille en permanence à leur confort, à leur bien être, tout ça pour dire que nous sommes ravies ma fille et moi d’avoir choisi l’hôtel Mandarin pour nos vacances de 3 semaines Charline et Claudie Asanté sana !
