This hotel is excellent, elegant design, plenty types of onsen to choose from. Locations is great, right infront of Lake Akan Ainu Kotan. Breakfast & Dinner buffet has ample choices of dishes to choose from. Featuring Japanese, Western, Chinese corner of cuisines. Highly recommended!

Overall it's good, but the old service staff are very aggressive and the view is 100% 💯

The room is very spacious and the window faces Lake Akan. The lake is completely white in winter, and the lake must be very beautiful in summer and autumn. There are hotels all around Lake Akan, so it is quite popular. Outside the hotel is a small commodity street and an izakaya. About a 15-minute walk is the Four Sisters izakaya of If You Are the One. Now it is only run by two old people. There is a hot spring bath in the hotel, and you can also book a room with a private bath. You can stay here for 2 days to play in Daodong. In the summer, you can enjoy the water in the evening and the ice in the winter.

The most satisfying hotel during my trip to Hokkaido. The hot spring area is huge. If you don't have time to soak, you can go to the sister hotel next door. It's worth it. The food is also great. The handicraft shops around are so attractive. There are also fireworks festivals and ice carnivals.

The room is very large, and there are not many people in the open-air hot spring. You can soak in the hot spring several times a day. There are many shops in the hotel, and it is very convenient to go to Lake Akan.

The hotel is nice and the bathtub is very comfortable. The fireworks are amazing, like a sky full of stars rushing towards you. Worth coming again! I also met fellow travelers two or three times. What a coincidence.

The room type this time is relatively average, too small. I forgot which room type I went to last time. This time I found that there were a lot more tourists.

Although we arrived early and couldn't check in early, we were unexpectedly assigned the best room of this type, with a view of the snow-capped mountains. The area is also very large. The room really affects our mood, and we were so happy. We also stayed in Lavista, and the two hotels have their own merits. The hot spring in Tsuruga is too big, with various hot spring pools, outdoor B1 and the rooftop are all very comfortable. It would be better if the glass of the rooftop open-air hot spring could be replaced, which affects the scenery a bit. During the Spring Festival, we saw good fireworks in the room. Breakfast and dinner are also superb, and we can enjoy sweet shrimps freely.

Overall good experience Transportation is convenient. Checkin came from Kushiro by pirika. Then we checked out and booked a hotel to Sapporo Jr. (We set off at 10 o'clock and arrived at Sapporo Jr. at 3:30. The driver on that day was very nice) The hot spring experience is good. It is also close to Lake Akan ice sports and fireworks. There is also a hotel in the north in the lobby, which has some good things. As a long-established Lake Akan hotel, it is good.

Go by car! There are shuttle buses in the parking lot elsewhere, so you don’t have to wait, which is very convenient! The hotel's hot spring is very large...shared with the wings...the breakfast and dinner buffets are very rich! It’s the best food among so many hotels in Japan! Someone said before that there is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the bus station, so we went to the front desk to ask for the timetable. The front desk said that there was no timetable because it was too frequent. They asked us about the bus time and directly sent a trip to Lake Akan for the two of us. The bus terminal is almost a private service, which is a bit too much of a surprise (if I had known I would have called the front desk the night before to ask if I could pick him up from the hotel, I walked in the snow for more than ten minutes to get to the hotel😂 ). Heya's own SIRI BASE carries out various surrounding exploration activities. The price is 5,500-11,000 yen per person. It is not expensive. You can sign up by yourself on the official website of Heya SIRI. If the number of people is small, it is recommended to register early. It was already full when we wanted to sign up. After the customer service recommended it, we went to NATURE CENTER, another local activity agency. The price was a little more expensive than the one brought by Heya SIRI, but it was still worth the experience. The sunrise was super beautiful.
