This charming hotel is truly so special. The rooms are comfortable and we slept quite well in the bed ( great mattress) We felt immediate warmth and welcome from it’s most gracious staff, always there for us, offering excellent suggestions of restaurants and places to explore.in the Urla location. The breakfasts prepared were delicious. The shining star is the manager, Nil. Absolutely loved her attitude and attention. The chef, Gözel and her staff Ulmit and Murat were amazing. They made the house into a home with their warmth and excellent service. Not to be missed if you are visiting Urla!!! FIVE STARS!!!

Kesinlikle HARİKA bir deneyimdi! Taormina Odasında konakladık. Nilüfer Hanım’ın detaylı bilgilendirmesi ve sıcak karşılaması an itibariyle çok doğru bir seçim yaptığımızın ispatıydı! Portofino urla ailesine çook teşekkür ederiz. Tesis hem temizliğiyle hem sağladığı imkanlarla inanılmaz güzeldi. Bahçesinin huzurlu ortamı, meyve ağaçları, bahçedeki heykeller görselliği çok keyifliydi. Kahvaltının çeşitliliği ve lezzeti çok güzeldi. Erkek arkadaşım evlilik teklifi için burayı seçmiş. İyi ki de burayı seçmiş :)) Taleplerimizin karşılanması konusunda hep yardımcı oldular. Nilüfer Hanım, Güzel hanım ve sevgili eşi bize inanılmaz bir gün yaşattılar diyebilirim. Güler yüzleri ve samimiyetleriyle aile ortamında gibiydik. Otelden ayrılırken arkamızdan su dökülmesi samimiyetlerinin en güzel göstergesiydi. Her şey için çok teşekkürler

Tatilimizin sonunda, Urla'yı görmek için 2 gün konakladığımız butik otel beklentimizin üstünde bir hizmet sundu bize. Güleryüzlü ve sıcak kanlı personeli, el yapımı reçelleri, pişi ve Çi böreğiyle gönlümüzü fethetti diyebiliriz. Çok tatlı bir mimarisi olan 2 odalı binamızın odası yüksek tavanlı ve oldukça ferahtı. Havuzun suyu ideal bir soğukluktaydı ve sıcak havalarda ihtiyaç duyulan serinlemeyi sağladı. Tek önerimiz kısa tatilciler için, valizi yatay şekilde üstüne koyabileceğimiz bir mobilya, altında ayakkabılar için basit bir raf koyulabilir odaya.Urla'ya yolumuz düşerse tekrar konaklamayı tercih edeceğimiz bir otel!
