Now Resort was very polite and kind, attentive, greeting, customer service, everything was the best.
However, the room I booked through Trip was changed because it was not suitable for families.
Children were not allowed.
I did book a room for children.
I have photos and details.
In the end, I paid just under 70,000 yen in addition to the payment to Trip to change the room (;;)
The room was very nice, but I hope Trip will make sure this doesn't happen again in the future.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel has excellent Onsen baths with hot spring water. You can book a separate room with a bath, this is a 24-hour service.
