I booked half board, but actually it's buffet.. misleading information

If you want to experience authentic Japanese tatami-style accommodation and stroll around in traditional yukata, this is a great choice. The hotel is conveniently located near all the hot springs, and accommodations here include a rich dinner and breakfast. It’s highly recommended for families or couples traveling together. I highly recommend it!

The location is perfect, the instruments and rooms are outdated, and the important *not traditional Japanses style and not western style* The people barely speak English is fine, we'll respect that. But the expense is too high for everything. 1 room 529 usd per night. I must say the attitude of people are good as normal Japanese people.

Nice view at the window. Near the onsen just walking distance. Delicious food breakfast and dinner. Staff are also nice.

The hotel is kind of old and not very clean, especially the onsen, not clean with mold. Location is perfect and staff very helpful.

The room is Japanese style, and the size is good in Japan. It is a few dozen meters away from the center, and it is very convenient to go downstairs to eat and drink. There are buses to the station. Of course, it is not far to walk. The most recommended breakfast and dinner are good, buffet, with more varieties. The big bath is on the first floor of the hotel. Although it is a bit old, the hot spring is really good.

The best value for money. Some places are relatively old, but there are also many updated equipment! The public bath is big enough so you won’t be pinched! There is only one source of water in the museum, but there is a shuttle bus to another hotel to soak in another source of water! There is a buffet in the morning and evening. In the evening, the tempura maitake chef will continue to make my favorite tempura!

The room is large, the air conditioning and heating are sufficient, and the location is very good! Right next to Yubatake, you can see it outside the window. There is a free minibus that can be delivered to Kusatsu Onsen Bus Station.

There are times when the Japanese are not strict, but it really shouldn’t happen in Japan’s hotel industry. Don’t you know what you do? I originally booked a room with a hot spring view, but when I checked in, I was given the wrong key due to a mistake at the front desk. Because I had been out for a day, I checked in at 3pm and went in to rest. When it was almost 6pm, I opened the curtains and wanted to turn on the hot spring view (Yubata's night lights), but I only saw the windows of other people's buildings. I felt like there was something wrong with the room. . Let's go downstairs to eat first. It turned out that the room was indeed wrong and the restaurant had to verify it for a long time. I was asked to wait while I went to receive other guests for dinner. They waited a few minutes before letting me in. After dinner, I went downstairs and asked at the front desk. I was indeed given the wrong key. I mistakenly gave 401 instead of 410. The front desk also gave me the key to 401 and asked me to stay wherever I wanted. I couldn't laugh or cry, so I went to room 401. , because they were not prepared and the room was extremely cold (there was no electric heater in advance), I had to return the key. This time, the two hotels in Kusatsu Onsen had different problems. They are famous places but the service is really not flattering!

The location is very good, the breakfast is also good, but the house is too old, the quilt is too short, and the toilet is too small. The attitude of the house is not bad. There are a lot of bath clothes that can be worn out. Taking a bath is average. It is better to use a public bathroom outside.

The hotel has an excellent location, right next to Yubata. The room is quite big. The hot spring is nice! Dinner and breakfast are all buffets.

Very, very satisfied. Although it is a bit old, it is very clean and the breakfast and evening buffets are also very rich.
