This little boutique hotel is owned by Ceyhan and his lovely wife Cheimi who previously successfully ran Ephesian where we have stayed before. Their new venture is nearby, in a really convenient location for both port and restaurants and is charming and full of character like our hosts.

This small guesthouse is situated very close to the port of Kusadasi (Scala Nuova), the bar street and the bazaars . But in order to approach the guesthouse from the centre you have to cross a small uphill road . So if you have suitcases staying there is not recommended it . Also approaching the hotel by car is very difficult due to the narrow roads in the area. Because the area is plenty of old , dilapidated houses and dark , dusty, narrow streets the sensation at night is a bit scary. However the rooms are modern although the bathroom sink is very small and uncomfortable. We stayed there for 5 nights but our room was never cleaned. The breakfast was very poor. Just a plate with omelette, with two slices of salami , cheese , butter and marmalade. Nothing special. Moreover the guesthouse has not a breakfast room. The owner uses the kitchen of his house in order to prepare the rooms and the balcony of his house as breakfast room!!!

The boutique hotel, located in a quiet street but a 3-minute walk from Kuşadası bars street, made us happy with its very clean rooms and friendly owners. We will choose this boutique hotel, which also has a delicious and satisfying breakfast menu, again on our next visit to Kuşadası.

Kuşadasıの繁華街から徒歩10分ほどの便利な場所にあり、エーゲ海独特の石造りの町並みの小道を入った静かなロケーション、ブーゲンビリアが目印の可愛いブティックホテルです。 友人と2泊滞在、流石オーナーは日本人と言うだけあり、バスアメニティなど細かな所まで揃えられていて、とても心地よく滞在出来ました。 何よりテラスが素晴らしく、毎朝オーナー手作りのトルコの朝食を、エーゲ海の青い空とテラスに溢れるブーゲンビリアの下で頂けます。 ご夫婦のあたたかいホスピタリティと、オススメの場所などしっかりアドバイス下さり、Kuşadasıの最高の海とシーフードを堪能できた、素晴らしいバケーションとなりました。 車でお越しの方は、止める場所や行き止まりの道などあるので事前にオーナーに連絡しておくと、すぐ駆けつけてくれます。 エーゲ海でオススメのブティックホテル！

オーナーの智恵美さんは、すごく気さくな方でたくさん親切にしていただきました。ご家族の方もみんなオープンでした。 オフシーズンで寒い時期でしたが、寒くないようにお気遣いいただいたり、朝ご飯もついてない予約でしたが、ツアーで朝早い出発だからと、わざわざ用意してくださりました。 異国の小さな街に行く不安はありましたが、日本人の方がいらっしゃる安心感は大きかったです。
