The only good thing about this hotel is the view! The service is terrible: the maids enter the room, opening it with their key, while we were sleeping; drinks for breakfast need to be taken two floors higher 🤦🏻♀️ When you check in, they tell you about the game room, spa, and other activities, but none of this WORKS! The buffet is just a name, there are few guests and it is clear that they are saving a lot! Half the tables are empty, the food is very simple, there aren’t even potatoes! In the intervals between lunch/dinner there is nowhere to have a snack... if you are late for breakfast, you will have to wait for lunch and no one will even serve snacks. The furniture in the rooms is very tired, there is no safe, no shower accessories, no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the lobby! In general, you can stay in this hotel for a maximum of 1 night and your mood will be ruined! I do not advise!
