It is not a 4 star concept hotel. The room mini bar is empty, water is charged after one use. There is only coffee in bags, no tea varieties. Breakfast and hygiene levels are very low. I will not come again and I do not recommend it.

The location is right in front of the sea, so the location is great!
The staff are always friendly with a smile.
Breakfast in the morning may not suit Koreans, but

We arrived at hotel and were greeted by a lovely bell boy. Customer service very good. Not luxury hotel but very clean and very nice spacious rooms. Offered late check out complimentary as late flight and I have children. I will return to this hotel. Hotel also has nice clean swimming pool overlooking marina and beach and supermarket very close by.

Good location beside small beach and 10min walk to old town for restaurants and shopping. Also beside lots of restaaurants/shops along promenade.Very basic hotel.Very annoying when you get drink fro,m bar and have to pay at reception? They insist on writing out all drinks you got plus room number even though you are paying for drinks there and then!! Staff seem to be very inexperienced, although night receptionist and night porter knew what they were doing. Pool and outdoor area is small and in shade a lot of the day- wouldn't say this is a negative some people prefer this. There is a sun terrace up steps where you can get sun all day long.Had breakfast which was ok. It is Turkish breakfast which didn't appeal to me but other guests enjoyed it. When leaving receptionist insisited on us leaving a review on Google.

What a beautiful hotel and extraordinary location! But be aware! Don't choose this hotel if you're a light sleeper and light bothers you at night. All rooms are seafront, which is fine, as long as you don't want to sleep! The curtains don't cover the window span, so your room will not be dark at night. They are almost half a meter too short to block out the light. And even worse, management didn't care a damn! I complained to no avail, to hear that this is how it is and all the rooms are the same. I even requested my travel agent to intervene, but the hotel management was oblivious. I'm sorry for this advice but stay away.
