Paloma Marina Suites - Adult Only

Fantastic week in this hotel unbelievable weather alway helps . Great location. Good food. Nice pool. Drinks reasonably priced. Staff excellent always very helpful. Special mention to Kaan who is such a very helpful young man always a smile on his face. The only criticism when ordering lunch time food twice after ordering they forgot about us . Need to look at putting numbers on the tables the times the staff did not know who ordered what (not really a criticism but need a better system ) Overall gerat hotel certainly would go back.

Stayed three nights and was delighted with the outcome. Super easy checkin with parking at the front of the hotel. Room was spacious and immaculately clean. Fresh pure white sheets and a spacious clean bathroom. Amazing pool views from our room 206. Only complaint would be the towels are old but clean and white. The poolside is perfect they could do with some new umbrellas but that’s me being pedantic. Breakfast was amazing plentiful and fresh. Everything you need for brekky was provided. Dinner is one of the best I have eaten at and that’s coming from the likes of D Resort and the Ciragan Saray. The dinner was amazing something for everyone. The hotel manager was very attentive and offered me a personalised meal after observing me not eating meat. Very thoughtful I thought. But there was no need to fuss cause there were plenty of alternatives. Location is central to all the shops and directly across the Marina. Nothing to fault at this hotel. Loved the fact there were no kids or blaring music. Was worth it 100%

Stayed with my sister for 5 nights half board. Late check-in on Saturday night had to give them £100 to be held until we checked out, only to find out later on from another couple that this not taken from everyone booking in?! No provisions available for an evening meal, so one meal charged for but didn't have it Having stayed in another hotel, a choice of cold meats and water was provided for us after a late check-in, but not here, not even a bottle of water for us in the fridge. Room was a good size, 2 single beds, limited wardrobe space and hangers, with the safe located in the most awkward of places in the slim wardrobe next to the bedside table. Beds were comfy enough, but pillows had no guts in them. I like a soft pillow, but these were ridiculously soft. Tea, coffee, and kettle in the room but nothing to stir with. Bathroom decent size with cubicles for shower and toilet. The toilet seat didn't fit properly and be careful in the shower it's a deathtrap, the floor is so slippery my sister had a nasty fall when coming out of the shower! There is no plug for the sink. We had a room on the top floor could just about see the pool mostly the view was the tree tops and the garden, but saying that it was the only balcony that had sun all day long quite a suntrap really but with only 2 bistro chairs and a small table, wasn't really comfy enough to lay out on it. The windows and balcony doors had mesh grills on them to allow them to be open for air without the fear of mozzies of a night but with the loud music playing till 2am sometimes 4am you had to close the windows to drown out the sound of the performers trying to out do one another in decibels. Sadly, the aircon in the living area didn't extend to the bedroom. The "aircon" was an antwacky ceiling fan circulating warm air, not the most comfortable nights sleep had for the duration of the stay. Food was plentiful, but I struggled to find something to satisfy me at both breakfast and evening meals. Food was open buffet style and went cold very quickly. Cereal option ok but I found that I had to buy my own lactose free milk as there weren't any milk alternatives available which I thought was a bit strange. But if you like water melon, you will be ok!! Staff are pleasant enough, quite slow, and they do not interact with the guests much except trying to take your drinks glasses before you have finished. If the staff try to talk to people more often, this will help with learning languages and understanding their guest better. Food from the pool bar was nice and hot. The pool area was clean, with plenty of beds, pool towels provided, and a few cats wander around minding their own business unless you want to pet them. This hotel was ok, but with no evening entertainment, the bar was empty of an evening, and there was no information in reception about the area or where you could buy excursions. I have stayed in much better for less money. Sadly, between the noise and the area, it doesn't inspire me

Overall nice experience except few things.. our cleaning crew had left our balcony door open , luckily no cats inside, only on the balcony chairs .. ( we had first floor). At Gym , no treatmill was working and many other things were rusted. Pool area was beautiful, breakfast and dinner just fine ! Bed comfy and nice clean sheets! Location great , no need to climb the hills .. just at the Marina .

Absolutely loved our time here, room was adequate but we didn't spend much time there anyway, hotel staff were excellent, hotel and room were very clean. Excellent location and excellent pool/lounging area. Food was very fresh, but different to our style so didn't use the restaurant every day despite having half board which was plentiful. Highly recommend the hotel

It is always hard to review a property when you are used to staying at higher starred venue so this review is based on the cost and also the star it is. Location- very good location right next to the marina, easy to get to many restaurants and we stayed here to be close to Ephesus which worked well for us and we had nice dinners out. Food- we looked at the breakfast buffet but chose against it due to being quite basic however for the price paid for the room it is adequate. Dinner again we ate out so cannot comment. Room-great size minimal charging sockets (had to unplug lamps etc) storage space great. Wifi didnt work in the room so this was a bit annoying but strong in main lobby. Could have been a cleaner room some stains on the sofa etc but again for a short stay and for the low price perfectly adequate. Bed was ok and aircon worked well, room was quiet. I think for the price and for a short stay if you will not spend much time in the room it is worth it, the entrance and staff are very nice but i do think the place could do with updating in many areas.

Rooms need more attention spider in economy room . Cats are around pool area and corridors . You need to pay extra for soft drink with dinner .

Overall is okey compare to other places in the area . But all the room need more attention, spider in an econometric room . Cat are around all area of the hotel and if you are allergic to cat please pay attention . Dinner is included but for soft drink like water and fizzy drink with dinner you need to pay extra .

We had pleasure staying at PALERMO hotel, Kusa dasi for a week in September’23. The hotel was awesome in every respect. Friendly staff, great environment,and it spotless clean. Furniture in the room is top grade quality and the facilities is excellent. The beach is only few minutes walk from the hotel, with lots of eateries and shopping facilities around. Could do better in labelling the food displayed at dinner time, but good variety and catered for everyone. Time and money well spent at this venue. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for a comfortable stay. Navin and Gita Pujara
