Great hotel with nice sea view. We had our sunset dinner at the seafood restaurant which was great

Where do I start, although I booked a Sea View Room, I was charged an extra €252 on Check In. Very rude interaction with reception staff with no satisfaction! Staff in general weren’t at all friendly or accommodating. On Check Out I got hit with a further €200 for the minibar! I drank 6 bottles of Efes, 2 soft drinks, 5 or 6 waters, 2 Toblerones and a jar of nuts!!! This Hotel is anything but a 5*

Hospitality is poor. Not value for money. Room was ok, with no view. We could see from the room a garbage truck on the street as the room was on ground floor. Requested for the room with sea view if it is available. The person at the reception told that rooms are available with sea view, but you have to pay £50 per night extra. Breakfast ok, not much variety. Charging extra for fresh orange juice, which is again ridiculous for a 5-star hotel.

It was clean and nice. The beach snack bar had very good service and staff but portions were a bit small.

Very good hotel, 20 minutes to the center along the embankment, the room was comfortable on the 9th floor with stunning views of the sea and the city, varied breakfasts, fitness equipment equipped with everything you need, bars by the pool and sea, in the lobby, there is even a Starbucks, I liked everything, I highly recommend it.

The sea view from the restaurant is so amazing, it’s a pity that I didn’t stay for a few more days. Mainly European and American tourists, I didn’t meet any Chinese. Breakfast and dinner were very rich. The room was at the domestic four-star level. I was not assigned to a sea view room.

The superior double room has no sea view! ! No sea view! ! Although the price was increased and the room was changed under the coordination of Ctrip's customer service, it is still a very bad check-in experience

I don't know if it's because of the Ctrip, but I don't care about it because I only stay for one night. The restaurant has a cafeteria and a seafood restaurant. The seafood restaurant is reserved at the front desk first, and the price is not much more expensive than outside. I don’t know how many times it will be doubled in China for an environment like this sea view. The breakfast is very good, and there is an old woman selling Turkish crepes on the spot, which is worth trying. Suitable for self-driving people, free parking, there is a little brother to park on behalf of. When entering from the main road, you have to take a side road. There are no signs and it is not very obvious. The Google map is not clear enough, so you need to pay attention. When I was doing my homework, I saw a comment saying that there is no free bottled water for the full charge for drinks, which is true. The downside is that the waiters at the front desk are not enthusiastic enough and do not smile, and the lack of service sincerity on the facade is actually a loss of points for the hotel and it is very uneconomical. I personally feel that the ratings on various platforms are too low. If you go to the Ephesus area again, this hotel will be the best choice, and it is worth staying for a few more days.

The hotel was very nice in general. The staff was well-trained and courteous. We were very satisfied.
