I give this hotel 1 star before I have ever been there. The reason is this: Although we called 2 days in advance and made a reservation from an employee named Mehmet Ali, they called us while we were on the road and said that there was a plumbing problem in our room and that they could not give the room to us. And we rented a room at the hotel next door :) They are a business that has no idea about business, that victimizes the customers who made a reservation, and whose operations will probably end in a fiasco within a few years. The one with gold writing on a black sign thinks that it will provide superior service, but if you are incapable of even making a reservation yet, I recommend you not to enter the service sector at all. I have never seen a more disgraceful business, and I'm glad I didn't, who knows what mediocrity would happen inside.
