The hotel is on the top of the hill, so the view to the Kusadasi bay is amazing. It is 7 minutes walk to the city center where there is all restaurants, bars and shops are located. Going back to hotel you need to walk up the hill, a liitle sports required, but its not so bad. There is a Migros convenient store nearby the hotel which is open till 23:00.. Also nearby shops for small food and drinks. You can also enter the sea from Kusadasi centet beach, which is 10 minites away from hotel.

New modern hotel with a gorgeous view of the bay. But the hotel staff is extremely unfriendly, gave the coldest reception possible. The room was not ready for our arrival, although we arrived on time. We waited 30 minutes. They refused to provide breakfast at the price indicated in the reservation. The cost of breakfast is 20 euros per person, and they are not interested in what is written in the reservation. They also said that they do not have parking, and problems with the car are our problems, park wherever you want. They did not give any information about the hotel services - neither about the beach, nor about the hamam. We still did not understand where they are. As a reminder, they took a deposit of 50 euros !! In general, the entire period of our stay we felt that we were not welcome here. The service is terrible, this should not happen. I do not recommend to anyone

The hotel requires witnesses to call the awful, neglected towels towels. They are hard, there is no trace of whiteness and they smell very bad.
It's a pity that he sells the room with an extra bed as a room for 3 people, and without any maintenance, it is already failing in terms of hygiene.
If you ask for breakfast, they offer you the stalest bread. This is the bread. Think about the rest. You will be hungry. We only made sandwiches with stale bread. We ate one at a time. That's all. Please have it inspected. The carpets are filthy. Even the bathroom is covered in mold.
