Very friendly staff (from reception to kitchen). Very clean. Room perfect for overnight/ shorter stays - 1 - 2 persons. Very nice, fresh breakfast that covers all the bases. Pretty, well-maintained, private garden and pool. Great braai area in back. Easy access to town and surrounding areas. Fridge, kettle, coffee, tea... WiFi

Always a pleasure staying at your guesthouse. Friendly service, very generous breakfast, rooms of high standard and quality. Thank you for making the stay enjoyable for your guests. I don't come to Kuruman if I can't get a booking at The Hedge Guesthouse.

Relaxing atmosphere with interesting decor. Feels like home away from home. Loved the filter coffer and plunger that was provided in the room, this is a first in all my travels. Excellent!!

Kuruman was an overnight stop for our family of 6 on the way to Namibia. We were not expecting much based on the neighbourhood and condition of some of the properties we drove past. Set behind a large green hedge was a welcome sight of a green tranquil garden with very comfortable rooms and a very friendly proprietor (Lynn-Mari). We were upgraded and "the parents" were given our own room at no extra cost with the 4 kids in their own room (as opposed to all 6 of us in the family room). In the morning we had a delicious breakfast and carried on our travels.

One does not expect too much in a fairly boring and run down town like Kuruman. We were therefore quite surprised once we got through the gate at the Hedge Guesthouse. Modern spacious rooms of a high standard surrounded by well kept gardens. A special thank you to the manager on duty who prepared a wonderful packed breakfast for us to take for an early departure. Highly recommended.
