This hotel came as quite a surprise! I booked on line and it said it was 0.3 m form the centre. I foolishly walked and it must have been 2 miles [uphill]. The hotel itself is huge with 7 floors. Conferences and coach tours I suspect. The dining room had a buffet dinner going on but - as not part of a tour - I was not allowed in. Had a reasonable meal in the bar area with much reasonable wine. Breakfast was OK although very much the same in most hotels these days. Very busy. Room good but donw miles of corridors. All sorts of facilities which I did not use, pool and so on.

Wir wählten das Hotel wieder für einen Wochenend Urlaub, da es bei perfekter Lage direkt am Skihang hervorragend geeignet ist. Im Laufe der Jahre haben sich die Preise zwar deutlich erhöht der Service ist aber weiterhin gut und man hat auch bei schlechten Tagen ausreichend Möglichkeit im Schwimmbad und Saunabereich den Tag gut zu verleben. Baubedingt sind die Zimmer sehr klein, dennoch ausreichend großes Bett und machbare Nasszelle, alles sauber. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, bei sehr vielen Gästen manchmal etwas hektisch.

Wir haben das Hotel mit unseren 3 Kindern besucht. Die Möglichkeiten auch bei schlechtem Wetter die Kinder zu erfreuen ist absolut ausreichend. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht. Die Zimmer sind etwas in Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber und absolut funktional eingerichtet. Für uns 5 ausreichend. Das Personal war steht hilfsbereit und um einen guten Service bedacht. Die Preise für zusätzliche Speisen und Getränke fanden wir, der heutigen Zeit, angemessen und voll in Ordnung. Das Programm für Kinder und Erwachsene ist gut gemischt, da ist für alle was dabei. Mehr als 5 Sterne bekommt die Halbpension von uns. Das Essen war super, sowohl für unseren 2 Jährigen als auch für unsere größeren Kinder und natürlich auch für uns. Sehr abwechslungsreich, alles frisch, viel Auswahl und es wurde immer nachgelegt sobald etwas alle war. Ebenfalls war das Essen geschmacklich sehr gut und immer gut temperiert. Von dem Hotel aus kann man zu Fuß vieles erreichen, unter anderem die Sommerrodelbahn. Ein absolutes Highlight für unsere Kids. Selbst der 2 jährige durfte mitfahren. Wir haben 5 Tage gebucht und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Tolles Familienhotel mit vielen Attraktionen für Kinder. Unsere Kids haben sich hier sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten jede Menge Spaß. Leider sind die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr abgenutzt,aber trotzdem sauber. Unsere Toliette roch schon bei Ankunft sehr nach Urin und im Bad war nicht alles sauber. Unsere Bettwäsche war etwas kaputt und das Bett einseitig kaputt(Lattenrost). Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren alle sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet und Abendbuffet sehr vielseitig und reichhaltig. Es wurde immer wieder zügig aufgefüllt. Wir waren vom Kinderbuffet sehr enttäuscht. Es wird im Internet mehr angepriesen,als das was es ist. Unsere Kids haben immer vom großen Buffet mit gegessen Die Auswahl am Kinderbuffet war leider einfach zu klein . Der Außen und Innenbereich für die Kids ist sehr vielseitig und spannend für Kinder zu entdecken. Danke trotzdem für die Erfahrung in ihrem Hotel.......

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht. Angebot des Frühstücksbüffets sehr überschaubar. Größe des Badezimmers fast unzumutbar. Sauberkeit auf den zweiten Blick auch ausbaufähig.

Der totale Nostalgietrip, wir kommen an und sind in der DDR. Sehr kleine Zimmer mit viel zu wenig Platz, spartanisch und altbacken eingerichtet, das Bad geht gar nicht, da muss man rückwärts auf´s Klo!

Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig (DDR-Bau). Zimmer sehr klein und hellhörig. Frühstück war nicht spektakulär, aber vollkommen in Ordnung.
Preis-Leistung eher schlecht, kann sich das Hotel wahrscheinlich nur durch die Lage erlauben.

Das Badezimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, es befanden sich noch Haare im Waschbecken und an der Toilette vom Vorgänger.
Das Frühstück war super, sehr viel Auswahl!

Zimmer alt Bad schrecklich Dusche beim benutzen gestunken Matratzen supi Kopfkissen zu klein
Beim Abendessen gab es zu wenig Plätze da abgesperrt wurde und es wurde auch nichts geöffnet man stand mit vollen Tellern da wie bestellt und nicht abgeholt.
Personal an der Rezeption super freundlich.
Schade das man für Sauna extra zahlen musste bei den teuren Übernachtungspreis.
Fazit tolles Essen nettes Personal Zimmer schrecklich.
