Good location was perhaps one of the best plus points that I could find in this hotel. Other than that, it was not a pleasant stay. I was greeted with a room with a filthy ceiling fan, and broken door handles. The AC kept going on and off. The AC temperature had to be controlled by calling the reception. There was no AC control system available in the room. Hot water for bathing is available only in the morning. Restaurant staff was totally uncooperative. Hence, I opted not to eat there inspite of having a free breakfast offer. They changed my room late in the night after rectifying ***y of the above, but it displayed poor housekeeping and untrained staff. There was no senior GM who could address the issues. Would not like to repeat the experience.
