The location was the best for our purposes❗️
I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and size of the room.
I would like to use it again❗️
The only disappointing thing was that the information necessary for advance check-in was lacking.
As this was my first time using the service, I called directly to confirm whether I could check in using the information that had been emailed to me two days prior, and had the necessary information sent to me again, but unfortunately the information, such as my ID and keypad code, was lacking, so I had to wait after arriving at the site.
I think this is a big area for improvement, but once I got through on the phone, I was treated courteously.

I stayed one night in a hurry for sightseeing after a business trip.
It is located about 5 minutes on foot from Kurashiki Station, and the appearance is very beautiful.
There are many izakayas behind the hotel where you can have a drink, so I thought it would be suitable for a business man traveling alone.
The front desk of the hotel was on the 3rd floor, and at 18:00 on Thursday, businessmen waiting for check-in were lined up at the front desk.
There are only two windows at the front desk, but there was not much waiting time because the three staff members were quick to respond.
Since I had already paid in advance, I filled in the necessary information such as the address on the tablet and completed check-in in about 5 minutes.
The room was still new, bright enough, and very clean.
You can hear some noise in the aisle, but other than that, it was generally good.
I didn't use the public bath and breakfast buffet, but both were very attractive, so
I would like to use it when I go sightseeing next time.

First of all, access to convenience stores, supermarkets, beauty districts and restaurants is very good from the station. The hotel is still new and the view at breakfast is also seasonal and weather-dependent, but it is very good. I'm glad that coffee and tea can be freely drunk in the lounge on the 11th floor from check-in to 24:00. There are 6 washing places in the public bath. So it might be a little crowded during the sightseeing season. I felt that there were few elevators for the number of rooms. The room is a little larger than a business hotel, but you can open a large suitcase and put it under the bed. I didn't feel narrow because I was.
Kurashiki Ivy Square is a comprehensive tourist facility that combines a hotel and cultural facilities, born by preserving and repurposing as much as possible the exterior and trees of the birthplace factory of Kurabo, which originated as Kurashiki Spinning Mill in the Meiji era. The facility also includes experiential facilities and shops where visitors can purchase Kurashiki crafts, folk crafts, and local confectioneries as souvenirs. Imagining the warm climate of Okayama, the rooms, made of wooden materials, are designed as relaxing spaces with a natural image. Please enjoy your time in the beautifully unified interiors, allowing for a serene and peaceful experience.

Nice hotel with a nice view, Kurashiki is lost in choosing a hotel, but it is one of the candidates. ● Access 1000 yen by taxi from Kurashiki station. The best hotel in the back of the Mikan district. It is located at the site of Kurashiki daikansho. ● Room is beautiful because it has just been renovated. Air conditioning is comfortable. Especially Simmons' bed is the best. ● large bath The dressing room is narrow and the bathtub becomes dense during the busy period, so the best bath at 6:00 a.m. or 17:00 in the evening is recommended. ● Coin laundry only 2 units, so the busy period is very crowded. I can't use it even if I go around, so let's think first. ● Breakfast rich and satisfying. Especially Japanese food was good. Western food should be selected with a little more attention. It's boring. Cospa is not good, but a hotel full of retro feeling. Especially the passage through the back entrance to the Mikan district is fun. I hope you can put it as a candidate for accommodation. By the way, the closing of the Mikan district starts around 16 o'clock, so we walk early.

We used the twin room. The twins we stayed in were on the top floor, the room, bath, toilet were all large, and when we opened the curtain, there was an open-air bath of the size of adults 4 names, and it was very relaxing. The direct meal is delicious and Okayama like Muscat dessert. The underground hot spring is artificial radium, but the body was healed by the large bath.

The room is small but has everything you need. The price for a three-person room is about 1,500 per person per night. It is about 5 minutes away from Kurashiki Station and there is a large supermarket next to it.

Because it is a love hotel, I think that many people go by car, but if you walk, it is about 20 minutes from the second niwase station by train from Okayama station. The room is a love hotel, but you can spend comfortably without a business hotel even if you stay alone. Depending on the room, the room I stayed this time is ”Kitty-chan” room, which is cute, has a large bath, and has a massage machine, so you can heal your body.
Moreover, you can watch dramas and movies for free.

My husband and I chose the Uno Hotel because we wanted easy access to the art islands in the Seto Inland Sea. Hotel is a 3 or 4 minute easy walk to Uno Port which is the gateway to those islands. And ferry ride only about 15 minutes one-way. We expected the art islands to be great but this is a new hotel so we took a chance. Wow, what a wonderful experience on every level; the room, hotel team, restaurant, and the food was exceptional. The Uno Hotel is also within a 1 minute walk to a building which houses Onsen (hot springs baths and spa) and a Japanese restaurant, which they also own. (We did not have time to explore those but heard great things.) I could rave about the restaurant in the hotel called “Bluno” for days….we enjoyed breakfasts and dinners there - each superb with great attention-to-detail. A special treat was meeting restaurant manager Mr. Aran Teruo Pascual. He was kind, professional and personally makes one want to return in addition to the food and contemporary bright setting. The front desk team is warm, welcoming and attentive. When making a reservation I noticed there are multiple hotels or inns that have the name “Uno” in it so my suggestion is that you note that it is the Uno Hotel. I recommend higher floor on the water side, the hotel is not on the water, but lovely view. We look forward to returning.

The hotel is just less than 5 mins walk from Okayama station. It is also near big malls such as Aeon Mall and Takashimaya, where you’ll be spoilt for choices on food. I like to walk and I was able to get to Okayama castle in less than half an hour.

Excellent
Great deal! It was a brand new hotel. The facilities are modern and quite spacious for Japan. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very conveniently located right next to Kurashiki station(1 minute walk). Department stores, shops and Kurashiki Bikan historical quarter are within walking distance. There is no parking lot in the hotel, but there were many parking lots nearby, so there was no inconvenience. Breakfast was specially provided at the contract cafe, so it was a great experience to go to the local cafe and to see the streets. Considering the environment, there are minimized amenity in your room. Of course you can ask for if you need a toothbrush etc. I was most comfortable and would certainly stay again.
GGuest UserWe stayed for one night on the 8th floor floor. It is a great view that Seto Ohashi bridge and island 々 can see. At night, the car lights across the bridge flow, and in the morning you can see the magnificent scenery and Asahi, forget the time. The room is large and easy to use. Dinner was Japanese food in a two-food course. It was made of local ingredients, and none of them were very delicious, especially the cherry blossoms with cochi were exquisite. The breakfast was delicious, but it was a little disappointing that it was a distracting atmosphere to ask for something because the volume of bread was small and the number of people was rotated. It was a great hotel overall. The woman from Italy at the reception was fluent in Japanese and very bright and a good impression. I think if I have a chance to visit again.
GGuest UserThe sound of cleaning, the opening and closing of the doors, the windows, the footsteps of the staff, and the conversation are quite unconsidered. Some guests stay in the guest room for consecutive nights, so I thought it was necessary to take more consideration. It was summer vacation and the passage Because of the straight structure, children dash. This also sounds quite in the guest room. I think it's difficult, but I'd appreciate it if I could take measures. I feel old in facilities such as TV, but it will be improved in the future. I hope that you will. Finally, the front desk 々 is very grateful for the quick, polite and kindness.
GGuest UserGreat location. A block away from the tourist area but far enough away to be away from the noise. Restaurants and convenience stores are a couple-minute walk away. This is obviously a hotel designed in the 80s with the large tall lobby and all the room doors facing the open air. You have the glass elevator and those in the lobby can people watch going up and down. Yes, the furnishings are a tad dated but well-maintained. We were amazed at the size of the room. The size was more like North American size than Japanese size. The bathroom and closet area ALONE could be the same size as some business hotel rooms I've been to in Japan. The Internet was fast. No problems with Netflix. The amenities were decent. If you need anything more, you can replenish in the lobby. Our room package included breakfast. It was decent enough. (Separate review) We got the parking space right beside the front doors, make sure you inform the front desk of your license plate. They do monitor. While I doubt we will come back to Kurashiki if I were, we would choose this hotel again.
GGuest UserIt was just next to the Ohara Museum of art, which was the purpose of Kurashiki sightseeing, and it was just a short walk to the Mikan District, and the location was very good.
The facilities feel old, and there were not many choices for breakfast, but the atmosphere was a calm old hotel.
I was grateful for the free bed with elementary school students, and I thought it was not possible to have no amenities.
Jjoey931213The super hotel and system that often stay on travel and business trips are almost the same, so there is no confusion with use and there is a sense of security. The unfortunate thing is that the parking lot is small. The room is well-defined and the room is clean. The public bath was used because it stretched and relaxed, but it will be changed by the time system, so I care about time. Free breakfast is Japanese style, but there were plenty of vegetables and there were many items. The customer service was not bad and I was able to use it comfortably.
GGuest UserJust in front of the hotel is the sea, and there were some parents and children who fished for a small child to play. The building is a bit old, but I think the customer service was kind and good. I was sorry that I couldn't see a clean sunset because I accidentally made dinner time at 6:30. I think it was good that dinner was delicious and the large bath was large and clean. I wanted to stay again if I had a chance.
GGuest UserOverall, the cleaning was well done and it was a good impression, but the person who thought it was a night work and night work was placed in front of the elevator in the garbage bag. I don't want to be woken up, so I can understand your feelings enough and I can see the consideration of the hotel side. If you don't want to be on night shift or wake up, you will be sent out garbage, so I hope that you will be regulated by the way you install a lid bin or tie the mouth of the bag firmly.
KKIMFOONGAfter handing over my passport for the hotel to make copy and do registration, I forgotten to take it back from them and they, too, forgotten to return it to me. By the time, I have already checked out the next day and departed to another location. When I realized, I was hundreds of miles away! Suffice to say, they were very relieved when my friend contacted them about the matter and they quickly courier it to my friend. Thank you for a great and responsible service! The hotel itself is in a great location, so near to the train station and there are amenities and food around. Small room but clean and comfortable. Thumbs up!
