Best Hotels near JR Nakasho Staion, Kurashiki

The Green Rich in Kurashiki was a nice hotel in between the Bikan District and Train Station. The hotel has parking for vehicles. The lobby was on the second floor I believe, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The rooms were very nice and modern with all the amenities that usually come with Japanese hotels. We slept great and really enjoyed our stay here. The price was pretty reasonable as well considering the location.

There are few choices to apply with trains from travel companies and choose this one which was the cheapest. It is close to 3 ～ 5 minutes from the station. However, the entrance is not facing the main street and from the side road with many cars. There are a little stairs, so it may be a little inconvenient if you are a big luggage. Alcohol is installed in front of the elevator. 5 floor is the front desk. There is also a disinfectant at the front desk. The front desk was beautiful. It was a single room on the 9th floor, but it is still small. I often wanted a folded luggage locking place in the hotel. The chair was also large, so it was disturbing｡ The slippers are not disposable, and even if you ask the front desk, they are not disposable, so you should bring them. Other amenities are the type brought from the front desk. The minimum hanging and soap are in the room. Hair caps and cotton swabs come from below. Tea is also in the room. Only 1 bags. Tea and coffee are brought from below. There were many word of mouth that the water was difficult, but there was no difficulty. However, there was still an old smell. Then, it may be painful in midwinter that the water supply only comes out of the water and has to be pulled from the shower. As the word of mouth, there is only rinse in shampoo and body soap, so if you have a shampoo conditioner, you should bring it. And I thought it was unusual to be soap instead of hand soap. The towel is a foot swallow ＋ bath towel ＋ face towel, so I thought it would be good at the time when I had another hand. Because I wash my hands quite. The air conditioner was also available in the room. I thought I would like to have an air cleaner and disinfectant in the whole room in the present situation. In my case, I just sleep, so I don't inconvenience it so far, but I think it's not very rough if I want to relax in the room. It is near the station and is not far from the beauty district, so I think it is good for those who want to walk around. And if it is unfortunate and the next door is noisy, it is the worst. When I checked in, the next person was talking on the phone all the time and I heard it. The sound is quite right. It was okay because it was quiet at night. So it was not possible or not.

It's a little far from the Bikan Historical Quarter, but within walking distance. The hotel lent me a bicycle, so I rode around for a while and got a good feel for the area. You cannot go to the Bikan Historical Quarter on your bicycle. (There is no place to park your bicycle.) You can go to the station and outlet by bicycle. The room is a simple business hotel. I don't think there were many restaurants around, so I think it would be better to eat in front of the station and then check in. They allowed me to leave my car after checking out, which was very helpful.

Great location. A block away from the tourist area but far enough away to be away from the noise. Restaurants and convenience stores are a couple-minute walk away. This is obviously a hotel designed in the 80s with the large tall lobby and all the room doors facing the open air. You have the glass elevator and those in the lobby can people watch going up and down. Yes, the furnishings are a tad dated but well-maintained. We were amazed at the size of the room. The size was more like North American size than Japanese size. The bathroom and closet area ALONE could be the same size as some business hotel rooms I've been to in Japan. The Internet was fast. No problems with Netflix. The amenities were decent. If you need anything more, you can replenish in the lobby. Our room package included breakfast. It was decent enough. (Separate review) We got the parking space right beside the front doors, make sure you inform the front desk of your license plate. They do monitor. While I doubt we will come back to Kurashiki if I were, we would choose this hotel again.

Location is best very close to station (1min by walk) and AEON Mall and other places are connected underground so don’t have to worry even if it is raining. I forgot to bring umbrella so worried to go to AEON Mall from there but underground way was the best. Breakfast cost you 3000 JPY might be slightly expensive but awesome have variety of choice.

I stayed for a consecutive night at work. It is very clean and well equipped, just opened in August. I am glad that the public bath is also free. Check-in, out and automatic machines are quite convenient. Convenience stores walk about 10 minutes in the neighborhood, but there are seven eleven. It's very convenient for me to work in a complex, and I've already used it three times in a month. There is also a route inn, but I became a fan of select, so I decided here next time. Please make a reservation early, may it be cheap? The content of breakfast is not bad, but I want to expect further grade up from now on. Rice is also delicious with Koshihikari.

Everything is perfect! Good location, impeccable service, cleanliness. It was nice to have access to a public bath and a massage chair. Thank you for the wonderful stay experience!

가성비 좋아요~ 무엇보다 신축 호텔이여서 시설,청결도 좋고 넓적하여 아주 편했어요. 직원분들이 친절하고주변관광 정보도 많이 알려주어 너무 좋았어요! 호텔은 구라시키역에서 1분 거리. 백화점, 상점, 미관지구 도보가능한 거리. 호텔 주차장이 없지만 인근 주차장이 많아 불편함이 없었어요. 조식은 특별하게 계약카페에서 제공되는 식이어서 현지카페도 가고 길거리도 구경하고 좋은 경험이었어요. (로비에 베이글 커피정도는 있어요) 환경을 생각하여 객실 내 어메니티는 최소로 줄이고 칫솔이 필요하시면 카운터에서 달라고 하시면 되요. 다음에 또 간다면 재방분 할 의사 무조건 있습니다. Great deal! It was a brand new hotel. The facilities are modern and quite spacious for Japan. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very conveniently located right next to Kurashiki station(1 minute walk). Department stores, shops and Kurashiki Bikan historical quarter are within walking distance. There is no parking lot in the hotel, but there were many parking lots nearby, so there was no inconvenience. Breakfast was specially provided at the contract cafe, so it was a great experience to go to the local cafe and to see the streets. Considering the environment, there are minimized amenity in your room. Of course you can ask for if you need a toothbrush etc. I was most comfortable and would certainly stay again.

This hotel is set in a great location of Okayama, close to the shoutengai, Okayama castle and the JR station with lots of choice for food close by. Staff friendly and helpful. Would not recommend to use their car park or listen to the hotels advice on parking, we were quoted 2700¥ for a nights parking, when we took a look in the area we found parking for 900¥ for 24 hours. Room very nice if a little dated, lack of public ofuro was a little sad but what else to expect at this price. Bathroom a little small, but definitely ok again for the price. No breakfast offered or provided, so can’t really give any advice on this. However there is an amazing cafe around the corner that sells freshly made croissants 🥐 

This hotel has a Chinese name ”Hotel Crane” Ctrip translation of the detour ”Ri Ori Konte Sky Tower Hotel” locals do not understand, causing us Chinese people to ask for directions! This is a hotel with more than 300 years of old buildings. It is next to the small river. There is a toilet in the room that cannot take a bath. Therefore, there is a public men and women bath. Breakfast is a general Japanese breakfast. Because the place is small, it is necessary to eat in time. You can stay after 5 pm. Check out at 10 am, quite strange time period, but the service is first-class, we arrived early for luggage storage, the time to enter the room luggage has been put, tatami pure Japanese-style room although it is a historical building, but everything is still methodical! Kurashiki is a small place, the most lively sightseeing area near the hotel, many interesting shops!
