Dormy Inn Kurashiki is a gem! This cozy hotel in the heart of Kurashiki offers comfy rooms, hot spring baths, and a prime location just next to the historic quarter. The staff is super friendly. It's the perfect spot for a delightful stay in Kurashiki!

Very good hotel with a lot of services like onsen on rooftop and free ramen at night. Standard japanese rooms but confortable.

Good location with convenient parking service. Hotel is a bit old.

A typical Dormy Inn with good spa, evening noodle ice cream and in particular good service. When I checked out, the front desk staff went to outside of the hotel to try to get me a taxi. Is right at the tourist spot but not within walking distance to the station ( less than ¥500 by taxi ). If you like Dormy Inn, this one would not disappoint you. Also the spa clam to be able to heal a lot of diseases. Hope is right.

Note to motorists: We arrived at dusk on the weekend and the hotel parking spaces were full. A staff member pointed out nearby parking lots. Fortunately, there are still parking spaces in the parking lot at the front entrance of the hotel. Charges are charged every 20 minutes. There is no maximum fee due to weekends. We will check nearby parking after dinner. The venue was fully booked, so thankfully we were able to solve the problem with limited parking fees. Experience really has to be accumulated. The hotel itself is a group-style operation that is positive in all aspects. Although it is a bit old, I personally think it is still good at this price. It is only across the road from the beautiful area, which is very convenient. You can visit it in the morning when there are fewer tourists.

Very good value for money choice, directly at the entrance to the beautiful area Although I checked in late that day, there was still free peach juice (it was delicious! After completing the formalities, I was randomly assigned to a twin room 🥰 The space was very large and I slept very comfortably. The hot springs were also great. They had free popsicles and free Yakult the next morning. The place where you can rest with a free massage machine is also very comfortable, not to mention the breakfast has a variety of varieties and is delicious🥰👍

Once you enter the lobby there is a welcome drink with peach juice and coffee, hot spring dip on the top floor, ice bars provided in the evening, lactic acid drinks in the morning, massage chairs for a limited time free, ramen for supper in the evening, the facilities are quite new, nearby family mart, across the road is very convenient to the beautiful view of Kurashiki. If you drive yourself the hotel does not provide a parking spot however there are several paid parking lots nearby that are easy to find. 

Except for the small size of the room, everything else is okay. There are so many guests that it would be impossible to stay in the hot spring. The location is very good, just near the beautiful area.

The room feels quite spacious, but the view outside the window is average. There is a large bath on the 9th floor of the hotel, where you can take a bath to relieve fatigue after a day of walking. There are free popsicles to eat at night after taking a hot spring bath. There is a restaurant opposite the hotel, which tastes good. The hotel is about 800 meters away from Kurashiki Station on foot, about 10 minutes. This hotel is very cost-effective. Turn left when you leave the hotel and the road is opposite the Meikan district, which is very convenient for shopping and eating.

The facilities and rooms are as good as ever. I have stayed in this hotel brand many times. Overall, I still recommend it. Self-driving travelers should be careful about parking too late. Even if you park in a parking lot that cooperates with the hotel, if you park for a long time, you should better arrange your time and itinerary.

The hot spring area has a massage room, ice cream ice cream ice cream cake all-you-can-drink, and all-you-can-drink in the morning. There is a juice coffee machine on the ground floor, and free ramen for supper. Next door is the aesthetically pleasing park, there is a familymart downstairs, nearby sashimi barbecue izakaya, plenty of parking spaces, no need to worry about parking spaces

I have stayed at other Dormy Inn hotels, but the rooms feel old. Other services are planned in a unified manner, which I think is good.

The late-night soba noodles, post-bath service, and welcome drinks were all very good.

I prefer Dormy Inn. It's fun to try and compare the local breakfast menus at each hotel at an affordable price. I would like to go to a different Dormy Inn next time.
