The hotel is very large and divided into several floors. Catch up with the team when you check in, there are a lot of people. The front desk made a wrong room card, and I couldn't get in the room by swiping it. I entered the room and wiped the sink with a towel, it was black. There are melon seeds on the ground. There are a lot of people for breakfast, there is nothing to eat, and the food will be collected on time at 10:30. 🙃

The hotel is at the entrance of the Ku Station. You can see it when you leave the station. It takes two minutes to walk. We arrived at 7 o'clock in the morning and tried to ask the front desk if we could check in. The result was very satisfactory and we checked in immediately. There are several restaurants downstairs, breakfast is not bad, and many people drink and eat here at night. There is bus 16 at the door to go to the Guizi alley.

I really like the front desk lady at Room 103. Her service attitude is very good. This is my second time staying here. First, the young and tall ethnic minority lady at the front desk opened Room 1611 for me. The door of the room is facing the elevator entrance without any obstruction. It is also half the size of the room I stayed in last time. I felt very depressed because the room was facing the elevator entrance and small. I suffered from insomnia directly! Then I contacted the lady at Room 103 who opened the room and invoiced me the first time I stayed there the next day. She quickly changed the room for me and I slept well for two nights! Thank her very much! I love her so much! The hotel room is very clean and the large floor-to-ceiling windows are so beautiful. The night view outside is very beautiful at night! Thank you again to the front desk lady at Room 103! It makes me feel like home~

One of the most comfortable hotels in southern Xinjiang! ! ! I arrived a little late, but the service attitude of Xiao Zou and Xiaoyu at the front desk was super great! ! ! I really feel at home and warm. The business standard room we booked was upgraded to an executive standard room for free. Traveling as a family of four with two children, the two 1.5cm beds are super comfortable. The facilities in the room are relatively complete, and families traveling with children can close their eyes. There is a tea bar machine at the elevator entrance on each floor: milk tea, coffee, milk, and hot water are continuously supplied. There are many types of breakfast, the service is also in place, all aspects are in order, the breakfast environment is very good, you can have breakfast leisurely. The hotel parking lot is large and there is a free self-service car wash, which solved the problem of bug-contaminated car windshields along the way. I will still choose your hotel next time I travel to Kuqa. The service is really good.
