"Staying at Kuqa Home Inn Pedestrian Street Hotel on October 14, the warm heart service was impressive. Especially the two waiters at the front desk, Xia Yida and wheat, were very enthusiastic and arranged a quiet room for me intimately; The two female security guards took the initiative to come forward after seeing the luggage and helped to deliver it to the room all the way. They were very thoughtful; the customer service staff on the 9th floor were also enthusiastic and responded promptly when there was a need. "The hotel I stayed in for two nights in Kuqa, Hilton Garden Inn has a good location, seems to belong to the Kuqa New District, there is a river next to it, and the breakfast restaurant has a nice view.

"The train arrived at 6 am and the front desk sister quickly checked in. They helped me negotiate a discount with the Northeast BBQ restaurant next door, and even had the security guard pour me tea while I was sitting in the lobby. "The hotel has a good environment, belonging to a garden-style building, the lobby is stylish, the room is spacious, there is a laundry room, there is a gym and a swimming pool! We booked a big bed room and a twin room. The front desk said that we could change two twin rooms for us. We could upgrade the room type. The upgraded twin room was very big!
Here are some minor issues that I hope to improve on:
1. The dining environment is poor. I have been playing the impact drill on the head for two days at breakfast time. I made an opinion on the first day and asked them if they could work after the breakfast time at 10:30. The service staff said that they had already told the leader, but the breakfast impact drill was still the next day...
2. Look at the hotel introduction that there is a charging pile, but the actual charging pile is not powered!
3. The gym swimming pool on the first floor of the ground floor should be outsourced and there are many people! But the hotel housing elevator is shared with the gym, there is no room card permission, and the security is not high!
4. The bathroom and toilet lack hooks, the storage space is small, and the toiletries should be put in~ you can bring the hotel toiletries out!
5. The bathroom overflows, after the shower, the floor outside the bathroom is full of water!"

AAhuoyuThe hotel rooms are very spacious. The lobby on the first floor also looks very luxurious. The only drawback is the hotel's breakfast, which tastes really average. I hope the hotel's catering department will equip the fried egg stand with a range hood. A small fried egg stand makes the whole restaurant full of oil smoke, which makes people feel uncomfortable as soon as they enter the restaurant.

SSeanPA68The Kuqa Smart Business Hotel has a very friendly staff. They don’t speak English, but they are very friendly and accommodating. We booked two different styles of room and they made sure that the room was perfect before we moved. The location is a little far from the city attractions, but with our own car it was no more than 30 minutes driving to the Old Town. There are a number of restaurants and small stores nearby for most needs. If you drive an EV, the closest charging station has the lowest rates I have ever seen in China!

GGants888The hotel is a little bit old but the room is clean. The location is great, close to a lot of restaurants and small supermarkets. Staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is simple but fine. They even offer free laundry service, which is a big bonus.
The only drawback is the hotel serves a lot of tour groups so it could be loud in the early morning when they check-out. Other than that, the hotel is a value-for-money stay.

It was renovated from an old house. It is very spacious and has all the facilities. The yard is very beautiful and there is a terrace. Whether you sit in the yard or go to the platform to enjoy the breeze, it is very comfortable.
The service staff are also very enthusiastic.
The only regret is that there is a faint damp smell in the room, which is a bit unfriendly for people like me with a very sensitive nose.

was previously a hotel converted into an international youth hostel. We booked a twin-bed room for one night. There is a Uyghur girl who spoke impecable Mandarin with a tad bit of Beijing ascent at the front desk when we arrived. The check-in was speedy. The room was spacious and clean so were the bedding (no foul smell). The uniqueness about this hostel is, it does not provide bath towels and toilet papers. Instead, guests are given one-use towels and a pack of tissue papers which we double up as toilet papers. Initially, I thought the one-use towels (place on a try in the room) were bathing soap because they were in compressed form so I went to ask the Uyghur girl for towls and she told me those are actually compressed one-use towels.
There are restaurants and minimarts next to the hostel and a night food street nearby (approx 200-300m by foot). No a bad choice if you need a layover or a couple of days stay to explore Kuqa.
