Front desk’s staff are amazing. They are helpful, and professional. I hope they’ll receive a raise for their hardworking. Breakfast is good with many options. Probably the best I’ve had in China. Location is in Central with many restaurants around. Street food is right across the street. My room is spacious and clean. However bathroom is flooded after shower. It doesn’t drain well and leaves a smell of sewage. Hope they will fix it.

기차역에서 택시로 10분거리이며 방이 너무 깨끗했어요. 호텔바로 옆에 야시장도 열리고 예쁜 카페도 있어요. 적극 추천합니다

晚上大概十一點到店，前台給了房卡。上去後發現房間的門是開着的，走進去床上的被子還是掀開的。馬上打算打電話給前台，結果房間電話也是壞的。下樓溝通換房間後無果（説是沒房間了），因為時間太遲了，也不打算換個酒店住了，衹能要求重新更換床單被套枕頭（換床單的阿姨人很好，動作也很快）。但是現在已退房12個小時，酒店到現在也沒主動來説明過為什麼入住時房間是有其他人進去過的痕跡，請問旅客安全性和衞生性如何保障？
房間內洗臉枱水龍頭打開會抵住鏡子，需要用力扳開。鏡子邊上的插座是壞的，不能直接連吹風機。吹風機時好時壞，一會打開是好的，吹着吹着突然就停了。水温過低，已經開到最熱檔了洗澡還是有點冷，然後房間設計的乾濕分離，洗完澡一出發發現浴室外面，全部都是水，流的洗手枱下面到處都是，甚至馬桶間也流進去了。真的很無語！！！

酒店的軟硬件兒都很不錯，尤其是前台服務相當的規範，推薦的老機場餐廳，也很不錯，已經在另一單裏面給予了五星好評，
僅就早餐的餐廳提出改進的意見，早餐的廚師是這家的軟肋，連吃了兩頓，感覺非常懶，這麼好的餐廳，這麼好的軟硬件設備，早餐的品種和口味兒都不是一般的差，原以為餐廳聘請的是維族廚師，但是第二天有經理模樣的人來責令他們從隔壁兄弟酒店補充了果盤兒的品種，看上去並不像維族廚師，那就不知道為啥米線吊湯搞的又油又羶，反正是品種口味兒完全不在線，和酒店其他的表現相比就是十足的短板，餐廳的服務人員的服務倒是可圈可點，差就差在廚房上。
酒店的停車很方便，停車場足夠大，管理也不錯，周邊有很多的小吃。

在定這個酒店之前 看到差評了 抱着試試看的心態還是定了 但是入住 1空調壞的2電視打不開3前台佔線4剛入住有人敲門説來看看是不是空的房間5打掃衞生一會碰一下門6半夜小孩吵鬧7隔音差到走路説話能聽的清清楚楚8刮鬍刀都沒有 關於第三點 給前台打電話 是不同時間打了好幾個電話 全部都是佔線 根本打不通 相當於是個擺設 隔音是真的差到離譜 都入住了居然有工作人員敲門説來看看是不是空房間 我真的奉勸各位 如果你覺得你睡眠挺好 都壓根沒辦法睡 隔音差到樓道腳步對話一清二楚 完完全全清楚 千萬不要定 然後晚退房兩個小時 要收一百多按金 就這爛地方倆小時你收一百多 不純純是膈應人嗎

南疆出差，庫車是中轉站，已經多次預訂這個酒店了，房間空間挺大的，裝修也不錯，格局合理。乾淨衞生。性價比高，所以非常值得推薦，以後來了還住這。
