My stay at the Aston Hotel was excellent. The room was immaculate with a wonderful sea view. The amenities the hotel offers were to my liking. Most of all I was impressed by the friendliness of all the staff in the breakfast restaurant, at the reception, the driver with a special mention for doorman Pak Ronaldo.

The staff are friendly and talkative. Both swimming pools have sea views; the large swimming pool passes through the steps next to the other small swimming pool in the restaurant, and you can go directly to the beach. Breakfast (buffet) is rich. The room is large, but unfortunately the toilet in the bathroom often fails to flush. Fortunately, the staff comes to repair it quickly. However, the toilet fails to flush again the next day, and the staff has to be repaired again.

Just booked a normal room without a balcony and not on the pool. Turns out the price is different from before. But the important thing is, the favorite chicken porridge breakfast, still there, plus now, there's extra a herbal drink. Creative management steps. But please keep the room facilities and facilities and AC freon to always be able to function, clean, and cool.

First impression of the hotel - IG fanatics would love this hotel because of the decoration. It's decorated with various styles of chairs everywhere, fun and colorful, creating a happy atmosphere. Love the stay here though it's just a one night stay before the flight to Bali. Check-in and check-out very smooth. Very friendly and efficient front desk staffs. Since I arrived before noon, hotel gave me an early check-in, also quickly react to a little problem in my room. They can help you to order Grab car in case you don't have the app. Hotel is not that far from the Kupang airport. Lots of good restaurants, convenient stores and beach within walking distance. It's definitely worth to pay a little bit more for a seaview room - the seaview and sunset is stunning!!! Even the elevator is made with glass so you can enjoy the seaview while going up and down. Breakfast is buffet and mainly Indonesian style, taste is fine. Shower water pressure is good. The only flaw I can find is restaurant service was pretty slow and not that attentive. I was the only guest at the restaurant during dinner, maybe they were busy with the takeaway/ room service, so been waiting for a long time for food. Luckily, taste of the chicken was delicious. It's a shame the hotel doesn't have swimming pool so you can only go to the beach right in front of the hotel. Anyway, I will surely book Swiss Belcourt Kupang again and highly recommend to all travellers visiting Kupang.

Naraya is the most comfortable hotel in Kupang. The atmosphere is beautiful, the rooms are also spacious and clean. Maybe the food has to be upgraded a little, especially about rice. The rest is delicious. The drinks are delicious. Keep it up!
