首先這次住了酒店的兩種房型，電競房，雅緻單間，房屋面積都很大，很寬敞，沒有擁擠狹小的感覺。#衞生衞生乾淨整潔，2025年五月份新開的酒店酒店還有電競房，應該是昆玉獨一家了吧衞生設施，馬桶為智能全自動馬桶，帶清洗風乾功能，對馬桶有較高要求的人應該會感到滿意淋雨自動温控恆温淋雨，出水水温可以始終保持在40℃，不會有一會兒冷一會涼的問題#服務前台林女士服務熱情周到，善良美麗。酒店的全體員工，包括門口安檢均能做到，禮貌問好，解決客人的訴求，門口夜班大爺幫我到旁邊烤肉店找牙線，小小的細節大大的温暖，感謝。關於早產餐:早餐以清淡為主，菜品中規中矩，簡單的炒菜和涼菜，粥，奶茶，麪食等均有。個人認為早餐時間結束的有點早，建議酒店改進，能將早餐時間延後到10點30或11點，能夠考慮到不同客人的需求#位置交通酒店緊鄰小區，生活配套齊全，酒店樓下烤肉店，麪館，超市，ktv,桌球，葯店均有，5分鐘生活圈，酒店斜對角有生活廣場，吃飯購物也能滿足所需，步行10分鐘能到昆玉的護城河景觀帶，晚上轉轉，清涼舒適#房間設施酒店開業3個月，房間設施新，無異味，建議增配小冰箱#停車免費停車，車位多

第一次入住昆玉美豪酒店，本來擔心新酒店房間會有味道。客户經理王衞衞主動提出帶我去實地看房！她耐心打開多個房型讓我檢查通風和空氣質量，實際房間完全無異味
王經理全程熱情專業，不僅解答我的顧慮，還根據我的需求推薦了*安靜房型*。這種提前站在客人角度解決問題的服務意識，遠超預期！退房時她還主動詢問體驗細節，看得出是真心重視客人反饋。

在昆玉感覺是價格最高的了，但是和很多地方的美豪比管理什麼的沒有看到連鎖品牌酒店管理水平。洗衣機房在一個轉角，要付費，感覺也不是很乾凈，跟前台要個消毒碘伏棉棒酒精棉片都沒有，態度一般。
