Complimentary welcome drinks, lounge access and free mini bar. The only issue is that due to the hotel bedroom is facing the mall, noises (songs and traffics) is very noticable at nights. Early night sleep is not possible unless you are wearing earplug. There are many areas around the hotel to visit or fulfill you meal requirement. The location is also quite convenient. The recently finish MRT line is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. You can take this line and 30 minutes ride to connect to the Shanghai MRT Line 11.

The hotel itself is located in the wetland area of ​​​​the lakeside. It is very quiet. The upgraded gold lake view room is on the 8th floor. It is very pleasant to stroll around the nearby wetland park. In the evening, we also set off fireworks with the guests. It is very close to Yangcheng Lake Peninsula. , drove to visit Chongyuan Temple and the park. Yangcheng Lake has a unique flavor when it is not the crab season.

The front desk lady was very good, but one person handled so many things greatly increased the waiting time of the guests! With a 2-year-old child waiting late at night to repair the air conditioner to change the room for more than half an hour, the mood is very bad! Finally, I changed to the room on the 4th floor. After washing, I found that the socket in the room was not working. I called the front desk to inform me that I could change the room. It was already more than ten o'clock in the evening! I don't have the strength to change rooms anymore, blowing hair, boiling water, charging mobile phones - the only uninterruptible power outlet on the desk. The front desk actively handled the socket repair the next morning. The first time I changed the coat, I forgot to clean the aunt and helped me put it away. Everyone's service attitude is good, and they actively help solve problems, but there will be more guests on holidays, but the staff will be reduced, which will definitely affect the quality of service.
