The hotel is at perfect location of the ancient town, well decorated and large rooms with beautiful view directly to the canal. We book a duplex room which is perfect for 4 persons, with a big balcony which is very chill to sit there drinking tea and watch nice view surrounding. The host is very friendly and helpful. Especially there is a family restaurant at opposite site, owner is the hotel host's sister, you can taste all the best food of Zhouzhuang here in a family like atmosphere. We have travelled from Shanghai to Wuzhen, then from Wuzhen to Zhouzhuang, also spend a day to Suzhou which is about 50 minutes by car from Zhouzhuang, among all these places we find Zhouzhuang is the best water ancient town, it is a must visit place if you like the water ancient towns in China.

The boss is very enthusiastic. The house is only 1 minute away from Zhouzhuang Scenic Area and can be seen from a distance. The room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom sanitary ware is all brand new. The boss gave fruit snacks when checking in and checking out. There is a 3-month-old dog in the store, who is as warm and hospitable as the owner. Zhouzhuang is worth visiting again!

I rarely review B&Bs because there are too many subjective factors and I am afraid of interfering with the expectations of later visitors. Why do I review Yinyu? Because there are many heartwarming places:
1: It happened to rain when I arrived at the B&B and the temperature dropped sharply. As soon as I entered, I saw the guests thanking and saying goodbye to the host, which increased my favorable impression of the host.
2. The staff who checked me in was very warm-hearted. She helped me solve all my questions and criticisms with a smile. So I remember her smile, which was like the spring sunshine, clear and bright!
3: The B&B is right at the entrance of Zhouzhuang. The scenic area is free after 8 pm, so I won’t go into details here.
In short, listen to me, if you come to Zhouzhuang, you will not go wrong if you choose Yinyu! ! !

The hotel is great , the staff and environment was very friendly and welcoming . The butler (溪地小清) always made sure that we have everything that we needed and that the communication between us was fluently and made the trip go smoothly. The food was good and very delicious the portions is very generous. The places around the hotel is also good and a great experience for foreigners very welcoming and a great place for children. There is tons of activities and food places to see. The only improvement is to maybe add a mini fridge in the rooms to keep the drinks cool. Other than that the place is a great experience and scenery relaxing would recommend foreigners to try it out. I would definitely go back again

GGuest UserAfter booking, the housekeeper contacted in advance to determine the itinerary and meals. During the Qingming holiday, I brought pets and upgraded our family room with a large area.
As soon as I arrived at the housekeeper, I helped with my luggage. The service was also in place after check-in, and I could help us temporarily add meals.
The sanitation of the homestay is very good, the smart toilet, Xiaomi smart TV, and the environmental view are great!
Before leaving, I also sent a small gift, very happy and satisfied with a trip!
There is also a puppy named niaoniao who is very obedient, sensible, sticky and welcoming.

P.S. you will have to pay a ticket for 100RMB and good for 3 days. If you stay more than 3 days, you will have to pay ticket for every 3 days or so. You can buy a ticket from vending machines and have your face scanned at the security checkpoints, or buy it manually, take picture on ticket with date then show it to security guards.

LLiam UKWell, what a wonderful homestay. The location is perfect being next to the famous twin bridges. There is no shortage of things to buy and see . The homestay itself is beautiful with a perfect mix of ancient architecture on the outside whilst being tastefully modern and contemporary on the inside. Every area is immaculately clean and the host /owner is wonderfully warm and friendly. No question is too much and she always recommended the best things to see and do. I will absolutly stay here many more times and I would recommend anyone who is visiting this magical town , to stay at this homestay. It was perfect 🥰 the homestay also has a resturant of the same name. And the food is amazing and authentic to the area. Some of the most delicious food I've eaten in China

GGuest UserIt was a really great experience staying here. I loved it. The room was really clean and the facilities were all new. The owner was also very nice. He was afraid that we couldn't find it, so he personally went to the entrance to pick us up and helped carry our suitcases. We stayed in a room with a small courtyard on the first floor. The courtyard was very carefully decorated and very beautiful. The B&B is not far from the river, so it is very convenient to go out and play. It is not on the street and there is no noise. If I come here again, I will definitely book this B&B again.

YYang The location was good and easy to find. If you want to watch the light show, just walk 5 minutes to the viewpoint.
Since I was an older person traveled alone, the hostess help me carry the luggage upstairs to my room.
My room on 2nd floor was big, having a good view of the bamboo trees garden. The room was very clean and the bed is big and comfortable. The hotel had a very reasonable price and service was good. it exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed my stay there.
I recommend this hotel.

RRaph-31Very nice house, the compound feels very like a vacation village, perfect to escape Shanghai for couple of days. We didn't get much occasion to visit around because of the Typhoon but we really liked our time in the house and there is small supermarket 10 minutes walk. Kitchen tools (pots, knifes..) could be refreshed. Service is overall very good.

GGuest UserThe fourth stop of the self-driving trip with my wife is Zhouzhuang. We booked the waterfront guest room of Yanyu Inn for 2 days on Ctrip.com in advance. It is mainly because of the good location, moderate price and high evaluation of guests. After arriving in Zhouzhuang at noon, all cars must be parked outside the scenic area. Find the boss's phone number on the order. The boss's wife personally drives a tricycle to pick up and arranges a free parking lot. The boss also upgraded to a room with a balcony. This room is right by the water and very clean. The restaurant next door can deliver meals to the room. We arranged to eat on the balcony of the room twice. The boss's wife also sent us her own braised pork and fried eggs with garlic sprouts for free. The boss was a chef and the braised pork was especially delicious. Next time I come, I must buy meat and ask the boss to cook it for us again! We walked around the scenic area in the morning, and in the afternoon we looked at the water view on the balcony, chatted, drank tea, and was in a daze. It was so comfortable~~ The inn is very close to the main attractions, and many people are checking in and taking pictures. We originally booked a 2-day room, but because the environment was nice, we added another day. It was an unforgettable 3-day trip to Zhouzhuang. Thank you, boss!
