we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel. On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional. The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room. It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual. The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

Friends made an appointment in Suzhou, so we went to Kunshan for a short stay in advance. The hotel was easy to find, the room facilities were complete, the service was thoughtful and meticulous, and it was generally good. We visited Huiju Temple and strolled around the Golden Eagle Pedestrian Street and City Park after dinner. It was pretty good.

I have stayed in this resort hotel twice. Overall, the experience is good and worth recommending. The room is large, well-equipped, with a large balcony. The executive room has a capsule coffee machine and the bed is very comfortable. The variety and quality of breakfast are quite good, and the service is also online. The concierge is very active. Went on a national holiday with my mom and twins. Aaron attended us to right away and he even assisted us with our luggage to our room. The kid’s room was nice and had enough room for my two toddlers to play. Since it was a holiday, the Riverside Restaurant was a tad bit crowded. Despite the number of people, we were attended to by the staff and was given two high chairs that we need. They also replenished food and drinks on time. All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Paradox hotel. Their customer service is superb.

I traveled on the winter solstice and chose the Fairmont that I had collected for a long time. The experience was beyond my expectations! It was great! 🥰🥰🥰 We have basically stayed in all these hotels in Yangcheng Lake Peninsula, and Fairmont is definitely the one with the best service! The day before the trip, the housekeeper RUBY contacted me and asked how many people we were traveling, what time we would arrive at the hotel, whether we had any special requirements, etc.! He was very careful and patient to understand our needs and was very responsible! When we arrived at the hotel, after checking in, we saw that we brought two children, and immediately changed the room and upgraded the room type for free! Special thanks to the front desk lady cookie for her attentiveness! Later, RUBY housekeeper also specially prepared strawberry cake for the two children, but the two girls were so excited! None of us had birthdays or anniversaries, but seeing that we brought two children, he specially prepared it for the children. Life is really full of surprises!

This is a great hotel, centrally located in Kunshan and right opposite a magnificent, huge wet market. There are also plenty of eating options nearby and a park behind the hotel which make the setting ideal. The room is fine without being luxurious and the breakfast is also perfectly adequate, Chinese style. There is a beautiful outdoor area adjacent to the breakfast lounge, perfect for children to play while parents relax in the sun. Service is friendly and I would heartily recommend this hotel.
