My recent stay at the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the impeccable facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my short visit. The hotel's facilities were perfect, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a five-star setting. The only minor suggestion would be to clean the windows from the outside, as they appeared a bit dirty. However, this did not detract from the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Kunshan Lamborghini Hotel is very suitable for staying with children. Service: Ctrip ordered a package, Xiao Guo of the hotel communicated and arranged in advance, upgraded the parent-child room, provided help throughout the process, and the service was great! Environment: The decoration of the parent-child room is very popular with children. There are small tents and small basketball hoops. Children's toiletries and small bathtubs are available, which is very considerate. The hotel swimming pool is very large, there is a small children's playground on the second floor, some entertainment settings, and a rich buffet breakfast. There is a night Kunshan market downstairs of the hotel, which is suitable for shopping at night. Staying for one night gives me a good overall impression of the hotel.

A very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable for a affordable price. The service was great with staff who can speak English. Sad that they don’t have the pool opened yet. The breakfast was a bit disappointed for my taste. They could do much better. Overall nice place to stay.

During the Spring Festival, we stayed at the Fairmont Hotel, which is a 1-hour drive from Shanghai. It provided us with a great place to celebrate the New Year. The hotel faces Yangcheng Lake and is quiet and comfortable. The lobby manager was very considerate to upgrade our room. The room was clean and well maintained. It is worth mentioning that the bedding was very clean and odorless, and the toiletries were also very environmentally friendly. Fireworks can be set off by the swimming pool at night, which is full of the flavor of the New Year. For dinner, we recommend the hotel's Chinese restaurant-Yifeng Pavilion. The dishes and ingredients are fresh, and the Taihu Three Whites are authentic Jiangnan flavors. The price is relatively moderate, and it is the first choice for family gatherings.

The hotel is located in the city center, which is convenient for travel. It also provides free parking services with ample parking spaces. Although the hotel's decoration is a bit old and there is a bathtub in the bathroom, the room is still clean. Breakfast has freshly cooked noodles, wontons, etc., and the replenishment is also timely.

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.
