The room was incredibly spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. Cleanliness: Everything was spotless, and the room was well-ventilated. Service: The staff went above and beyond. They proactively contacted us to arrange parking and even met us at the lot to assist. Their service was genuinely warm and welcoming. Ambiance: The mini-garden design at the entrance created a unique and charming atmosphere. Their restaurant served delicious food, and my children thoroughly enjoyed every bite.

The whole family drove from Shanghai to Suzhou for fun. The hotel is very close to Zhouzhuang, Tongli Ancient Town, and Tongli National Wetland Park. The hotel is an independent resort area, quiet and sparsely populated. The room is a suite in a small villa with a good environment. The breakfast is also a buffet, with freshly cooked noodles, fried egg pancakes, freshly ground coffee, etc. It is very good, no less than other five-star hotels.

A hotel with a very artistic atmosphere, close to the archway, very suitable for families. There is a tent for children to play on the balcony, various artworks made of cardboard boxes downstairs, and a small train. It is also close to the Shuangqiao Bridge.

The hotel facilities are complete, neat and clean. The room I booked this time also has a terrace, which makes people comfortable! Our stay at Zhouzhuang Zen Yili was absolutely wonderful—a perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and convenience! Taxi can dropped us off within 1 minute walking distance away from Zen Yili. Zhouzhuang ancient village entrance is just a few minutes walk from Zen Yili making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and activities. The peaceful surroundings of the homestay also added to the relaxing vibe. The hosts, both husband and wife were exceptionally kind and gave us great local tips. They provided us more than enough fresh fruits, tea, biscuits and mineral water. I was surprised also that the room was with full mosquitoes nettings with even anti mosquitoes device provided if needed. During our stay the homestay and its surroundings ware without mosquitoes. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was of five star standard for its fittings, and was very well-maintained. Before we checked out, we were given delicious homemade biscuits out of their hospitality. They also arranged for us a reliable and comfortable pickup after checked out. For the price, this homestay offered excellent value. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples, families, or solo travelers looking for a peaceful retreat in Zhouzhuang ancient village.

In recent days, the outdoor temperature was 30 degrees, but the hotel room was 25 degrees, and the corridor was 27.5 degrees. I didn't feel it during the day because I went out, but I was woken up many times by the heat at night. On the first night, I communicated with the front desk and was told that the hotel stipulated that the air conditioner should not be turned on. They only turned on the wind and sent an air cooler, but I continued to be woken up by the heat. On the second day, I communicated with the front desk and turned on the air conditioner. When I went to bed at night, I turned off the main switch and woke up several times by the heat. I communicated with the front desk again early in the morning and was told that the hotel did turn off the air conditioner at night😱😱😱, which was really too much. Later, the hotel expressed its apologies and immediately turned on the main switch of the air conditioner😡😡😡The hotel is too dogmatic. It turns on and off the central air conditioner according to the season instead of the weather forecast, and does not consider the guests. Of course, the hotel also has good aspects. The scenery is pleasant and quiet. The room is large and clean. The sound insulation effect is good, which is suitable for self-cultivation.
