The landlady upgraded to a lake view king-size bed room for free, which was an unexpected surprise. The bathroom is spacious and clean. When you open the curtains, you can see the view of the South Lake. There is no hustle and bustle in the city, but there is more tranquility in the villa. When I left, I forgot to take the shirt hanging in the closet. The landlady took the initiative to contact and sent it to SF Express. The key is that she refused to charge the courier fee, which shows the simple and kind folk customs~

The room is clean, the service is good, the environment is nice, and breakfast is OK. There is a park opposite the environment, which is nice to go around, but there are people practicing singing in the middle of the night, and you can hear it on the 22nd floor. It's not the hotel's problem. The underground parking garage is shared with the commercial street. There are two large iron gates at the exit of the hotel parking lot. There is a high rise and a drop outside. The hotel set up a reminder, but my wife still accidentally sprained and fractured her bones. It's just a stone's throw away from Kunshan First People's Hospital😂

The hotel is very new. I moved in temporarily due to a power outage during a typhoon. I only found out it was so close to my home after a neighbor recommended it. It is very convenient and the price is right. The most important thing is that the 1.38-meter bed is not crowded at all when sleeping with a child.

I took my baby to Kunshan for a weekend. The location of the hotel is very good, right at the entrance of the village. The hotel facilities are new, the hall is spacious and bright, the rooms are relatively large, the bedding in the room is very comfortable Whether it is front desk reception or room service, the staff are very warm and thoughtful. Everything reveals the hotel’s extreme pursuit of detail. Almost all rooms have balconies. Drinking tea and chatting on the balcony is very leisurely. The swimming pool is on the top floor, the scenery is very good, a kind of seaside vacation feeling, Southeast Asian style, in the evening take the baby to the top floor infinity pool swimming, very satisfied with a trip experience, happy!

This is the second time I have stayed at Fengdu. Let me share my two experiences: the first time was during the National Day holiday. I was very satisfied with the room, service, facilities and breakfast! So I didn't hesitate to stay again. The second time I checked in on the second day of the new year. I returned to the room at 9pm and found that the air conditioner was broken. The front desk told me that only one person could not leave. After waiting for a while, a repairman came to check and confirm that the air conditioner was not working and suggested that we change rooms. When we got to the front desk downstairs, While waiting for the room card to be changed, the front desk answered three calls to deal with room service, and some guests came to the front desk to jump in line to handle things (such as asking for a bottle of water). The lady at the front desk had a very good attitude, but handling so many things by one person greatly increased the cost of the stay. Waiting time for customers! I felt terrible having to wait for more than half an hour to fix the air conditioner and change rooms late at night with my 2-year-old child! Finally, I was moved to a room on the 4th floor. After washing, I found that the socket in the room was not working. I called the front desk to tell them that I could change rooms. It was already past 10 p.m.! I don't have the energy to change rooms anymore. I can only use the only uninterruptible power socket on the desk to dry my hair, boil water, and charge my mobile phone. The front desk actively handled socket repairs early the next morning. I forgot to clean my coat when I changed rooms for the first time, and my aunt put it away for me. Everyone has a good service attitude and actively helps solve problems when they encounter them. However, there will be more guests during holidays, but the number of staff will decrease, which will definitely affect the service quality. I hope the hotel can reasonably arrange work during holidays in the future.
