A very nice comfortable hotel, located in a park setting, conveniently located near the beautiful old “water town” of Zhouzhuang. A great place to relax and chill out away from the hustle and bustle of Suzhou and Shanghai. Restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner are good.

世外桃源一樣的酒店，酒店地理位置有點偏，不過開車也很方便，下了高速五分鐘就到了，服務出乎意料的熱情，停車場是户外的，有專門的接駁車接你到酒店大堂，剛下車門口就有禮賓員笑呵呵的上來打招呼，還給我們拿行李，辦入住時，前台小姑娘説給我們升級了湖景房，讓我們喜出望外，房間很乾凈，陽台上就能看湖，還有個沙發椅，坐着吹吹風。也是很舒服，去的時候天氣很好，在酒店園子裏面逛一逛，很愜意，下次有機會還會去入住~

合適週末度假，離周莊古鎮也很近駕車10分鐘左右。
酒店沒有地下停車場，定的行政房臨湖一側，自帶的陽台個人很喜歡，視野開闊。房間的佈局有點不合理，一進門就是洗漱區，且淋雨和浴缸被單獨隔離在了一間裏。
因為行政酒廊沒有開放，所以酒店為表歉意安排在1樓喝了咖啡，另外安排了晚餐的雙人西式套餐，並按人頭給多配了主食和湯。
另外早餐裏的麪澆頭番茄炒蛋好好吃，拿來拌麪一級棒。
酒店周邊環境不錯，綠化覆蓋率高，水系環繞，安靜且令人遠離喧囂。

趁着清明假期，慕名來到中國第一水鄉周莊轉轉，通過朋友推薦選擇了這家水月周莊鉑爾曼酒店，沒想到超乎了我的預料。首先，酒店的綠化做得非常好，有自己的小花園，一路上都能看到各種各樣的花草樹木，停車場周邊也有許多花，空氣特別清新，路上的衞生環境也很不錯。進了房間，衞生做的很到位，床墊睡着也很舒服，枕頭有四個，兩高兩矮，倒也是滿足了我可以挑一個高一點的枕頭來睡的需求，小書桌也滿足了我需要電腦工作的需求，下面就是充電插頭非常的便捷。洗手枱衞生也做的不錯，化粧鏡有兩面，還可以拉出來，很方便。在我的陽台往外看，還可以看到酒店湖裡的黑天鵝，就是離得有點遠拍不太清楚。酒店服務也很好，客房的IRENE送物的時候還貼心的詢問了我的入住體驗，為我介紹了房間的一些設施和餐廳以及健身房的位置，非常的熱情貼心。在大堂遇到CHERRY她還幫我指路，帶着我到了中餐廳，很熱心。前台禮賓也有幫忙拉行李引路，會積極主動的打招呼。總的來説，這是一次非常滿意的入住，下次再來周莊依舊會選擇這家酒店。

酒店很漂亮，停車場還有接駁車送到酒店，很人性化，大堂有個很大的全落地窗户，視野非常好，前台服務人員也很熱情，給我們升級了房間，房間面積也很大，很乾凈，很好的一次入住體驗！

酒店停車場會離大堂會比較遠，但是有接駁車可以接送，大堂門口可以下客，會有服務員幫忙提行李🧳，
服務：辦入住時前台人員很熱情，辦好入住後會有禮賓小哥幫你提着行李帶着去房間，並在路上會和你講一些酒店設施及房間設施。
衞生：進入房間後真的會很驚喜，進門就是滿滿的小童氣息，對有帶孩子遊玩的人來説親子房真的是首選，房間內有一些小童玩的小玩具，對於帶娃的來説這些小玩具也夠讓他們玩一會了，房間內還有專門的小童床，晚上可以單獨自己睡咯，不用和大人擠一起咯，房間景色很好，房間內有個陽台可以坐在陽台上看外面景色就很棒，不用特意走出去欣賞。
早餐：早餐種類繁多，吃的基本都有，周莊特色的奧灶麪也有，真的不用特意出門吃一碗奧灶麪了。
環境：酒店靠着一個湖建成的，入住時天氣好，湖邊會有人放風箏🪁，在野營⛺️，適合早晨或者下午繞着湖散步玩耍。湖裡還會有小野鴨（應該是）在捕食，生態環境就很好。
酒店離周莊古鎮也很近，看導航一公里多不到兩公里，酒店也能打到車所以去古鎮也很方便，
個人推薦來周莊玩首選鉑爾曼這個酒店，有多樣性的房間可以選，工作人員熱心，而且酒店環境真心不錯。

房間寬敞明亮，服務態度極好也很專業，還給升級了湖景房。就是餐飲很有提升空間，早餐品種少且葷菜太少，中餐廳價格不菲，菜品實在難吃完全超出預期。
