來蘇州這是住的很不滿意的一次酒店，上面寫着停車場免費，但實際中我們停車，他告訴我們我們開車沒告訴他，所以我們要自己掏錢，我們在辦理入住之前就告知了他們給我們預留兩個停車位，晚上睡覺的時候總是有聲音，還説是我們把空調度數開的太高了，一打開就是那個度數我們根本就沒動，一晚上也不暖和，晚上總是有聲音讓人很害怕，其次服務態度是真的很不好，才開始説好收了五十元按金，後來又收了一百多房費説當按金，我們説退給我們他説我們走的時候才給我們退就很離譜，而且我們兩輛車就給我們一輛車的停車券入住了兩天衹讓我們出去一次

房間離馬路很近特別吵。而且老闆酒店系統有問題，不知道房間住沒住人，敲一下門就自己刷卡開門，我都反應不過來他就自己開門了。隨便開客人的房間，我要是在洗澡啥的真的特別不安全。衞生也就那樣被子枕頭髮黃。

挺滿意的至少沒有耽誤行程，暫時落腳的地方還不錯，老闆有回答問題比較細心讓人感覺温暖周到。。。。。。。
