1. The air conditioner in the room doesn't work. I was woken up several times in the middle of the night by the heat. I was sweating all over. I called the front desk and they said it was the central air conditioner. I had to turn it off if it was too hot. It couldn't be solved. After complaining several times, it took more than half an hour for a security guard to come and speak in a very aggressive tone. I sent a cold air blower but it didn't work at all.
2. The toilet was still broken. I went to the toilet in the middle of the night and found that the toilet was blocked and couldn't flush.
I just want to know how your store's service and hardware level were rated as stars? It really refreshed my cognition. It's a miracle that it can still operate with such an arrogant face and bad service attitude.
